lovely spot to stay and revisit the area, great views and facilities from an independant hotel
breakfast very nice in lower room with live camera showing via tv screen the view across to be able to still see the sea chef had time to chat really nice.
rang well in advance but unable to secure a table for dinner, so had to settle in unpack and go and find somewhere to eat!

Lovely location with convenient parking. Super reception from staff. Great view over seafront from second floor room.
No lift - lots of stairs although we were offered help with luggage. A little noise from windows. Cooked breakfast adequate only.
