Conveniently placed for our plans. Bar 46 was a great addition that was in our stay handbook. The guesthouse was very quiet.
The bed was comfy and towels were soft! The shower was great!
The guesthouse is outdated like most properties in Aberystwyth. Our duvet was very dirty and falling to pieces inside the cover but luckily it was warm and not needed. We were given less than half a roll of toilet roll and not even quarter of a bottle of hand soap so made us feel like the room hadn’t been changed over since previous guests.

The host Jeremy is amazing 👏 nothing is too much trouble. We were staying as we were attending our daughters graduation. Official check in was after the ceremony started. He kindly allowed us to us a room to get ready and then check in later. He provided extra towels and is super easy to communicate with
Great central location and easy parking and walking distance to the beach and all amenities.
