The location was perfect, just a minute walk to the sea front.
The bedroom was functional with a clean single bed, a sink, a table and a chair plus kettle and coffee/tea/milk plus shampoo and soap.
The staff were lovely, very attentive, professional and helpful.
The breakfast was fantastic snd despite being in the hotel 50m down the road that wasn’t an issue for me.
It was inconvenient only having one bathroom that contained bath/shower, sink and toilet - shared between all the guests in all nine rooms of the building. What made it worse was that the first evening I used the shower the hot water stopped after about a minute and the second evening there was no hot water in the shower at all. However, the staff in the hotel (50m down the road) were very helpful and arranged for me to use a shower in a different building.

Breakfast was wonderful, cooked to perfection..staff service was 100%..i also appreciated how they were so helpful with my young dalmation dog..

The breakfast was lovely and a great choice, we were made very welcome and the staff were lovely
The heating didn't work, we asked if someone could look at it and was told it didn't work so we were really cold at night time
