Ideally placed in the centre of town with parking. Comfortable room. Didn’t meet any staff, but spoke to them to get access and they were pleasant over the phone.

Shared bathrooms - but I knew that on booking. It just seemed everyone wanted to use them at the same time!!!

Great location, comfortable beds, clean and parking which was a bonus

Location is very convenient for the beach front. There is free parking available on a first come/first serve basis. Beds were comfy.

We booked because we needed a cheap place to stay before the university open day. I think the pictures might have been taken a while ago. It’s all a bit tired. We stayed in room 9 which is a double and a single (myself and my daughter). Two main issues being that, firstly, there is nowhere to put anything. There is one wonky side table and the table with tea and coffee. Aside from that it’s the floor or the bed. This was fine for a one night ‘flop and drop’ stay, but if I were here for a week’s family holiday it would be impossible. Secondly, there has obviously been a damp issue. The bedding had been washed (the bed itself was comfy) but everything smelled damp and musky. I think the duvets and pillows themselves need to be replaced. It wasn’t nice going to bed wondering what the smell might be. There are signs of black mould in the shower and near the window. Overall, I think it’s been some time since this room was refurbished and deep cleaned. I’m so sorry as I hate leaving bad reviews.
