A jewel of a find to stay in Aberystwyth

Excellent correspondence on accessing property etc. Beautiful decor in all areas. Bedrooms would out shine some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. And ideal for me and my parents to be across the road from the theatre my daughter was performing in that night. I/we will be back!

Great guest house. Would be perfect for a large group travelling together as you could make use of the lounge and kitchen. Was perfect for us , even though we didn't use these facilities. Central location , very quiet.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, had everything you needed in the kitchen. Truly felt like a home from home if only my home was this beautiful, I wouldn’t leave. Beach was a 2 minute walk, (not that we had the weather for it), shops, restaurants, bars all walking distance.

Comfortable stay

I only stayed for 1 night, but the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. It’s just around the corner from the beach and just 5 mins to the train station or pubs. The carpet in the halls upstairs and on the stairs is very high. Very comfortable to walk on and not noisy.

Perfectly situated, but the mattress was just too soft

The room and bathroom were very clean. It was nice to park in the free parking in front of the property and so close to the seafront and shops/restaurants.

The mattress looked quite high, which I like, but when you get into bed, you just sink into it. Too soft. And the pillows were uncomfortable. I didn't sleep great. However, this is my personal opinion, and others might find the mattress and pillows the comfiest they've ever slept in. You will never be able to please everyone

Another Uni Drop off !

I stayed in the double room with en-suite. The room was clean, bed comfy, hot, powerful shower, and lovely travel toiletries provided. I had a great night sleep, which is so important if only in Aberystwyth for one night. The location is excellent one street back from the prom. Amazing selection of tea and coffee to choose from in the well-appointed kitchen.

A really comfortable place to stay close to the seafront and lots of great places to eat and drink.

We've stayed her a number of times. It's so comfortable- the rooms are clean and welcoming, the beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless. There is everything you need. The hosts are really helpful. It's an ideal house, with a great kitchen for making drinks, or eating meals. The lounge is great for relaxing. It has easy parking, is 2 minutes from the seafront and is near lots of restaurants, bars and shops. I would really recommend staying there and it would be my first choice when we visit again. Thank you :)

This property is the best guest house I have ever stayed in, and the location is perfect.

There was parking available, it was actually in the main town, so right close to shops and beach. The Property was super clean, and beautiful. I would highly recommend this place.
