Deres behandling af os . Pga tog strejke , havde vi svært ved at nå frem til hotellet . Vi havde endda orienteret dem om vores situation , alligevel tog de 35 € i gebyr, da vi kom for sent frem. Hotellet var meget svært at finde.

Wir waren preiswert untergebracht und haben die Gegend kennengelernt.

Das Zimmer war einfach aber sauber. Im Bad waren Dusche, Lavabo, WC und Bidet vorhanden, alles sauber und agenehm. Wir waren nahe des Bahnhofs und wurden zum Zimmer geführt, das recht versteckt lag. Uns interessierte nicht der Strand, sondern die Dörfer, ihre Geschichte und die Landschaft. Die Zugverbindung zwischen den Dörfern ist gut organisiert.

Nur eine Rolle WC-Papier für zwei Personen während 4 Tagen ist etwas knapp berechnet. Da die Dörfer sehr malerisch sind, ist der touristische Rummel enorm gross.

Great location, but the confusing and careless check-in process completely ruined the experience.

The location was excellent — very close to the main street and the train station, which made it convenient. The air conditioning worked well, and the room itself was fine once we finally got settled.

The check-in was awful. The WhatsApp system wasn’t helpful, we waited outside for 40 minutes, then were rushed to a different building. The man left us at a random door without showing us the way, so we ended up trying other doors by mistake before finally finding ours — embarrassing and stressful. On top of that, we were asked again for documents we had already sent, and the toilet seat in the room was cracked and uncomfortable.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT STAY HERE

Location

I strongly advise against staying at this accommodation. The check-in process was unprofessional and felt fraudulent. A teenager checked us in and demanded to take photos of our credit card on his personal mobile phone, claiming we could not stay otherwise. Weeks later, the owners sent multiple messages demanding an additional €25 “check-in fee” - a charge never disclosed on the booking platform, and proceeded to charge our card without consent. This experience was dishonest, misleading, and unsafe. I am especially concerned that photos of our credit card are now stored on a stranger’s personal phone.

La camera in sé era bella, in quanto completamente nuova, e pulita

Mi hanno fatto pagare 25€ perché non ho fatto sapere l'orario di arrivo preciso entro 24 ore prima (l'ho riferito 16 ore prima) e okay, ma una volta arrivati all'orario stabilito ci hanno accompagnati alla camera 40 minuti dopo perché il ragazzo si è messo a discutere con altri clienti, quindi non mi sembra corretto fare pagare se poi non viene rispettato l'orario dal personale. Arrivati in camera scopriamo che il lavandino perdeva acqua, il supporto dello spruzzino della doccia era rotto e, cosa più grave di tutte, il condizionatore non funzionava e faceva caldissimo, impossibile dormire ad agosto. Nonostante abbiamo provato a contattare più volte il proprietario, questo non ci ha più risposto. Tutto ciò alla modica cifra di 156€ per una notte

Gick ej att få kontakt med boendet på telefon. De gjorde allt väldigt krångligt och skulle personligen överlämna nyckeln till oss trotts att allt redan var betalt. Vi fick jaga de på telefon, whatsup, hemsida och bokningssidan. De tog ut en straffavgift för detta på 35euro!!! Uselt! Det fanns nyckelboxar men som ej fungerade. Det var 40grader varmt och vi jagade hjälp i över 1h utanför rummet. Rummet var definitivt överpris och man höll på få hjärtinfarkt av både värmen och att stå utan boende.

Ora scrivero' direttamente anche a Bookink: all'arrivo mi e'stato chiesto come garanzia una carta di credito come garanzia (prima della prenotazione non era previsto) ed in mancanza mi sono stati chiesti 90 € cash senza ricevuta...cosa avrei dovuto fare? Ovviamente ho pagato. Ma cosi' non funziona.

Nice location, nice rooms

We had 3 rooms - 2 Deluxe Double Rooms w/ Sea View and 1 Triple Room w/Terrace. The Double Rooms were comfortable but small - hard to find a place for easy access to our suitcases but the patios were very nice and large enough to sit and relax. The Triple room was much larger with a day bed and some shelving that made things easier to be organized but the terrace was barely big enough to stand for a view of the town. Showers were nice sized and worked well. Rooms were clean and location to restaurants and shops was very handy. There were quite a few steps to climb to reach the rooms but i don't think there are any places in Cinque Terre where this isn't the case - steps everywhere! All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Another roll of toilet paper and some shelves in the shower would have been nice.

Not worth it

The room was clean and spacious. The location is difficult to find but close to the main attractions and station. It has many steps to get to so only suitable for fit people who are traveling light.

We stayed in the triple deluxe room with a terrace. It only has a small 3'x3' balcony with no chairs or table. The lock to our room is very cheap and difficult to operate. The handle to the front door falls off. The bathroom door was broken and did not close. The bedside lights were broken. The balcony door is also broken and did not operate properly. The shower drain is blocked and did not drain. We asked them to fix the bathroom door and they sent a guy with no tools who could not fix anything. There is no sea view for any of these rooms because it faces other buildings. For what they charge these rooms are not worth the money and I would not recommend. The owner obviously doesn't care about the property and ensuring it is well maintained and works properly.

No place for dry wet clothes after beach (If you put on balcony it will fly away regarding to wind) If You want to Check in early than 14.30 You need to pay 35€ / hour or in total I don't remember (too much in my opinion)

Good location away from the center of town but close enough for easy access.

The room was clean, sufficiently furnished and I appreciated the self check in and out process. The location is ideal for a hike to Saviore since the room is on the trail about 100 ft beyond the trailhead. (509 to Saviore then 591 to 582 to Reggio then 508 to Vernazza).

The July weather was rather hot and the AC was insufficient.

The door handle was broken when I arrived which made it difficult to lock and unlikely it wasn’t noticed when cleaning the room. Pillows are the most lumpy and uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced which gave me a headache. No acknowledgment of message when checking out advising door would need to be fixed before next renter.

Avoid at all costs

Breathtaking view, balcony with the table is outstanding. The goods end here as soon as you will be forced to have your bank card photographed on the street by a girl that will handle the keys, stating that you won't be allowed in if you don't agree with that.

The property manager didn't reply to my request of meeting through the booking platform for the check-in process, I ended up waiting 40 minutes at the door cause there is no reception. I discovered weeks after that they charged me extra without any communication, stating that failing to book a check-in will add extra charges. The owner/manager become aggressive, obnoxious and insulting after I reached out to report the unauthorised payment Photo of my bank card with a mobile was requested from the girl that gave me the key. That was nonsense and probably against any privacy and data protection rule, but that's how Italy works: random. The fridge was not working and the TV remote was missing. Not a big deal, you don't come to this place to watch TV. I suggest including a kettle and some tea/coffee, it would make a difference considering the balcony with the view. I would never have given money to somebody that would insult me as soon as I report an issue, and everybody should do the same. Avoid at all costs.

Nice room but FIX the WiFi.

WiFi was NOT available. This was reported to management as soon as we got there and frequently for the next 3 days. And yet, NO WiFi was made available. This caused a great deal of problems for us, as we could not make travel arrangements for the rest of our trip in Italy. We need/ deserve some refund for this inconvenience.
