Great place and location!
Location was perfect. It was clean and roomy. Kitchen was complete including coffee and Moka Pot.
Instructions on how to use the stove. And one Moka Pot was not usable on the stovetop and we weren’t told.

Séjour agréable mais perturbé par ces petits détails à règler
La propreté de l'appartement, la situation proche de la gare et du centre de Vernazza, peu d'escaliers à monter pour aller a l'appartement La réactivité de Terres Marines chaque fois que je les ai contacté par téléphone et facilité pour les joindre
Plusieurs point négatifs ; 1) Pour obtenir le code d'entrée, il faut appeler un numéro, on est alors en contacte ave TERRES MARINES, qui nous indique qu'elle nous envoie par watsApp des documents à renseigner (identité n° carte identité adresse) et un document pour paiement de la taxe de sejour. JE PENSE QUE TOUT CELA POURRAIT ETRE FAIT AU MOMENT DE LA RESERVATION ET FAIRE PAYER LA TAXE EN MEME TEMPS CA NOUS FACILITERAIT LES CHOSES 2) Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas (impossible de se connecter à internet) on nous dépanne le lendemain 3) Une cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas sur induction ou vitrocéramique (obliger d'aller déjeuner le 1er jour dans un bar, et j'ai signaler le problème par tél Terres Marines et après insistance de ma part on nous a emmener une cafetière le 2ème jour. 3) Il manque -1 micro onde ou four -1 poubelle dans salle de bain -1 porte serviette près du lavabo dans salle de bain En résumer j'ai perdu beaucoup de temps au téléphone pour résoudre les 3 points évoqués ci-dessus ce qui a perturbé mon séjour
