la terrazza

Some of the things I liked best with this apartment, and have not had in other apartments in Italy: -really well furnished. It had everything we needed and many smart solutions for storage and for making the most out of a small space. -dishwasher -beach towels -flippers for swimming. -The terazza! Big and with nice view in all directions. Comfortable sun beds, good dining table with chairs, light bulb chain around the terrazza that gave a cozy atmosphere. -reading light beside all the beds. -the host Anna was helpful with our questions, gave good directions for finding the apartment and for the self check-in. There is also a very detailed and useful manual in the apartment with info on practical things. -Easy to fold away the beds to save space during the day.

We somehow missed the fact that there is no separate bedroom, since it is described as a 1 bedroom-apartment on Booking. Maybe there are different ways to describe this in different countries, and it could be described as a one-room apartment or studio instead? This is not directly a negative thing, just a heads up to other guests. In the description written in Italian, I later noticed that it says something about it not having a separate bedroom, and the pictures and drawing of the lay-out of the apt also show this. We could only use one of the two ACs because the one in the kitchen (where we slept) leaked water when in use. It was okay during the day, but a bit too hot in the night, and we could not keep the door to the hallway where are kids slept shut, since there was the other AC. The sofabed was not very comfortable. The mattress itself seems to be okay, but maybe something about the sofa itself made it sag down in the middle.

Läget var perfekt, nära tågstation och mitt i byn. Takterrassen var helt fantastisk. Bra och snabb kontakt med värden.

Ingen kritik men bra att veta; höga och många trappor i huset. Trångt att komma in på toaletten om extrasängen är utfälld.

The location was FANTASTIC, the home was so cozy and our favorite of the three places we stayed in Italy. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows compared to all the stiff beds elsewhere! We had all we needed and the terrace was so great. AC in both rooms! Wifi could be spotty but no complaints as we are in the middle of cliffs, and also had some rainy weather . Loved this rental!!

The host, Anna, was amazing. She was very prompt to reply and very helpful with all the information she provided. The flat is great and very comfy. The area is beautiful.
