Excellent just communication, very clean and spacious room, located minutes to the beach/harbour. Washing machine and kitchen were very useful to have!

It was very hot and there were 2 fans but it was hard to sleep. The stairs up to the flat are steep so go slow with suitcases!

The location, though difficult to get to with 80lbs on one’s back, is excellent! The stairs going up were only a challenge with luggage, otherwise they were an enjoyable routine. Being right off the beach and a minute walk to food and drink was incredible.

The lock situation was a little strange, since there was more than one person in our group we had to coordinate who got the keys for the day when we split up. The keys operate both sides of the door, so if someone stayed in we couldn’t lock the room for fear of locking them inside. We didn’t have any issues being locked out or anything, but I think a spare set of keys would have made that communication more convenient. However, this is only a slight downside compared to the benefits of this place!

Location and communication - they sent all the institutions via WhatsApp of how to find a place and check in.

Cleanliness - not clean (trash bins weren’t all emptied, not all towels were changed and the sheets smelled a bit; in general there was a smell in the apartment and hallway). The bathroom is not en-suite (the site doesn’t mention that), so you have to go out of the room. Also, their booking.com site says check in is from 10:00am, we arrived at 12:00 (asked if that’s okay, they said yes), and the apartment wasn’t ready, which wasn’t a problem, but they didn’t fully clean after we left our bags. For the price they charge, this was not a good experience.
