The location. The privacy. The view.

I was there for 6 nights. The kitchen didn’t have the utensils to cook and it took them two days to get all I needed. The washing machine leaked water all over the floor and when I told them they said it was new and not possible. I needed more towels because I used them to wipe up the water, but they told me that because they already brought me needed stuff, they wouldn’t bring me anything else.

So very very disappointing

The place was dirty, tired and very poorly equipped. There's a kitchen with no cooking equipment, such as cooking knives spoons or anything else. There wasn't even a cork screw! There a a huge number of very large (why?) pots and pans which were nearly all dirty. It's very clear that it's been a long while since much attention to the décor, furniture or equipment. Everything was tired, missing or broken. What could be a lovely apartment sadly isn't because of the lack of care and attention. The cleaner clearly puts in less than the minimum effort, so the place isn't clean to a level that a reasonable guest might expect.. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, there were no dishwasher tablets and the host suggested that the best solution was for us to go and buy them. There doesn't appear to be anyone based in Vernazza to sort out things when they go wrong. And when the host puts in this little effort things will be going wrong. Strangely the host has a strange process where you have to send selfies at the property before they will give you the code to get the keys. Weird. Shame they didn't ask the cleaner to send selfies after doing the cleaning! The lack of effort made our stay very disappointing.

Perfect location. Comfortable, Easy to find (close to the train station). A great place to stay.

Excellent location - right on the water. Beautiful views. Enough space for two of us. Easy walk from the train station.

Not enough pegs to hang up washing. Although the apartment was clean, the bathroom did need a deep clean to get rid of some stubborn dirt - but wasn't a deal breaker for us.

Fabulous location and view!

This apartment is in an amazing location with a spectacular view of Vernazza harbour and church! Lovely big window to see everything from.Great TV, microwave and WiFi!The sofa bed was also a good size as was the overall apartment.Some teabags, coffee,sugar etc was provided and it would have been nice to have detergent capsules for the washing machine.With some tweaks this place could be amazing!

This apartment needs some TLC and a deep clean.There was quite a bit of black mould in the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken.The kettle didn't work and there were no cooking utensils or toaster.Ceramic mugs instead of plastic ones would be good too.

Amazing location and view but doesn't live up to expectations

House wasn't clean, dusty in the corners Many things that can be controlled/prepared by the host was not done properly. Examples such as: dishwashing liquid was empty and left on the kitchen No Shampoo in the bathroom, bathgel in the bathroom was also empty and left there. Things didn't feel clean in the house

A large open plan apartment with stunning views

The view from the main area/main bed was stunning- the blue harbour; church with melodic bells and piazza with colourful umbrellas to complement the colourful buildings!! Divine. The unit was larger than expected.

The duvet/doona insert was taken off TOO early so only had a sheet & thin cotton cover to keep warm in the cool evenings (11-14 degrees). Host couldn’t provide another alternative blanket because it’s looked after by an agency. He did however say to use the warm aircon but it didn’t work that effectively because it’s a large open plan unit. There was no Welcome/information booklet but host answered questions promptly by text/Whatapp.

Die Lage war absolut fantastisch! La Mare alla finestra! Meeresrauschen und Kirchenglocken! 5min zum Bahnhof. Vernazza ist wirklcih das schönste der 5 Dörfer.

Diese Wohnung ist nur für versierte Handy-Nutzer mit Whatsapp geeignet, da der Besitzer das Drehen und Schicken mehrerer Videos verlangt. Die Wohnung ist nur mit dem Video des Gastgebers zu finden, nicht auf dem Stadtplan. Einen Strassennamen anzugeben ist irreführend, da es ein Gewirr von Wegen ist. Das Video sollte man früher ankündigen. Letztlich ist das aber gut organisiert. Die Küche ist spärlich ausgestattet.
