Excellent location! Beautiful view of the water. Some may have complained of noise from the piazza but we didn’t find it that bad and died down around 11pm so we slept with the windows open. (Church does not ring the bells at night)
Slightly run down with a few minor things broken. Very minor issues with everything else excellent!

We were very happy to find that the communication was very good, proactive, and accurate. As expected the unit is small, modest, and utilitarian. The location is fantastic and easy to come and go. There were many places nearby to walk, eat, shop, and swim if you do desired. We liked that the apartment had power receptacle adapters as there were two different kinds (C & L). We liked the air conditioning that worked ok. We also liked the dishwasher and amount of plates and food prep pans. We liked the tall ceilings, and the large closet assembly.
In very old buildings, we notice small maintenance items, but nothing prevented us for feeling comfortable and safe. We found ourselves wishing we had more room, but made this work well.

Great location with a great view and a washing machine.
It did not seem to be well maintained. The management person was not very responsive and did not seem to know the town very well.
