No air conditioner in summer?! Very hot Terrible Many staircases No lift! Need to take heavy luggage to walk up! Very noisy during night, many people yelling and singing

This property was in a great location and extremely convenient to all things. It was extremely warm without AC and one fan was not enough to cool the large room. The extra room/bathroom was an inconvenience as you had to exit the main room and go into a public hallway to use the bathroom. In essence, the room with the double bed, single bed and kitchenette had no bathroom. The room/bathroom had a small cot and an area for hanging clothes and an area for the toilet, lavatory and shower. The shower stall was the smallest I have ever seen in my life. It was a bit of a struggle to turn without touching and changing the water control. The outside noise from tourist and locals was extremely loud until late in the evening/night and the noise from the cleaning/delivery crews started early in the morning. In the main room, the double bed and single bed were comfortable. In addition the kitchenette was adequately supplied. There were multiple lights throughout the main room area. The company employees were super kind and were very accommodating the day of my arrival…..problems with a late booking and lack of access to the internet on my part.

Great location. We were duly warned about the quirkiness of this unit so we understood, however, it is really not practical for four people due to the bathroom location. We ended up getting another unit for two of us. It is a great location and very easy check in with great instructions and responsive staff. Certainly no complaints about the unit itself except for the bed situation. It’s great for three people or less and fantastic location with hardly any steps as opposed to the rest of the town.

Wonderful location. Typical Italian villa setting. If you are from an area where A/C is standard, be aware that this place does not have it. There is a fan and you can open the windows, though the noise from the street below could be bothersome. The clothesline was awesome.

The apartment in Vernazza had an amazing location and we could not be closer to the beach. We could walk out the door, and be at the beach for swimming and rock jumping area in less than 5 minutes. The apartment itself had it's quirks, but the location, location, location made up for nearly everything. It was on the 2nd floor of a building, so it was hot upstairs. There was no air conditioning, and there was one fan mounted on the wall in each bedroom. Opening the windows helped a little, but it still stayed very warm all night. There was lots of noise from the walkway below, that you heard if you left windows open at night. Many pluses: kitchen was good (stove, small refrigerator, sink and dishes), and they supplied many towels. However, the bathroom was across the hall next to the 2nd very small bedroom. This was a tiny shower, but adequate. Lovely time in Cinque Terre with my family!

The customer service was excellent and we would gladly do business with them again as they have multiple properties to rent. We enjoyed our stay but likely won’t select this apartment again. Pros: Sea View, Fully stocked kitchen, spacious studio, snacks and coffee provided, steps to the beach. Cons: Second bedroom (twin bed) and only bathroom are down the hall making midnight bathroom trips inconvenient, the noise from the town center goes until 3am on weekends and trash trucks start at 6am (earplugs won’t help), WI-FI unavailable every night from 7pm-9:30am, and missing simple amenities likes TV or even a mirror.

Charming centuries old authentic village with modern updates. The accommodation provider provided us snacks and lively coffee and was very thorough on check in showing us where the little grocery store was. Easy to find nice eating in area. All front side restaurants ask for a small cover fee for dining so it’s expensive if you want to just have coffee and dessert or a drink and a salad. Meals are expensive but tasty. Lovely staff at this office. Make sure you arrive in daylight as they must do a personal check in due to all the small alleyways and all doors are the same. Lots of small alleys with small rooms off of them. Very unique!
