Beautiful room very clean and some view only issue was finding hotel and reception was no very well detailed seaview vernazza every apartment is called this but got there in the end by asking a local the reception is on the square as stated but there is around 8 different buzzers and does not state which to press. Definitely would stay again.

Our view was absolutely stunning, and you won't find a better location! It is steps from the water, steps from a variety of restaurants and shopping, very close to the ferry and train station. We easily parked our car just before Varnazza (they don't allow you to drive in), there is one parking lot that is reasonable and they shuttle you in. Communication with manager is a little challenging. He doesn't respond to email, but will pick up phone and be very pleasant. The directions he gave us to find the place was MUCH more confusing than it needed to be. Walk towards the water after arriving and then the steps are to the left just before the restaurant Il Gambero Rosso, take a right after the stairs. If you see a bar on your left after the stairs you've gone too far. Enter through green door. The room itself is dated, and nothing special, but the location and view, and space in the room all made it worth it to us!

Had some difficulty getting to the right spot, maybe specific instructions where you meet would be good. It was hot when we got there and that made for 4 cranky people, but once settled, it was wonderful! Linens were offered each day, loved doing a little bit of laundry for the essentials (ring it out good or be yelled at). Host was wonderful! Would for sure stay again!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Vernazza Sea View. It’s a small, cozy hotel with an incredible view of the sea. The room was sparkling clean and thoughtfully arranged, making great use of the space. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. It’s truly a hidden gem for those who appreciate simplicity and beauty!

The location is nice, close to restaurants, the beach and only a few minutes from the train station. The staff was helpful. When we informed him that electricity was out, he immediately came over to check the fuse. But the supply of bathroom stuff is not adequate. There is no washcloth, no facial tissue and only a thin bath towel. If you want a beach towel, you have to rent one from the owner. For the price of the room, I feel that the above-mentioned things should be provided. One important note that we were not aware of or informed. During a Friday night of our stay, the music from the piazza (which is just outside the room) was so loud that we could not sleep, and it continued late into the night past 1 am. I understand that the owner has no control over this. But it would be nice to be aware of this ahead of time.

Superb location. We stayed at two locations in Vernazza and preferred this unit. Mini kitchen with eating area, TV and great views. It’s right in the heart of the community. Felt very safe and close to everything. Owner was wonderful and attentive. Highly recommend staying at this property.

It was very noisy, hard to find. The transportation doesn’t allow you to drive in, have to take a shuttle. The map couldn’t find the hotel, I had to call, the man gave me directions that were difficult to follow. He finally came down and took us to our room. It was very average, definitely not worth the price. There are lots of people and limited seating at the restaurants so be prepared to wait. The restaurants also close for food service throughout the day, thankfully there are little shops where you can grab something.

Small, lights were an issue, needed card to stay in slot for lights but they were attached to keys, so if one person left room with key and other person stayed in room the lights would go out and they would be stuck in the dark.

The town is lovely and we were there for just one night so the room was fine for that. Challenging to find and little support before arriving. The name of the listing on Hotels.com is not helpful at all and it doesn’t match what it’s actually listed on the door of the business in Vernazza.

We wanted to experience living in an Italian Mediterranean coastal village home for a few days. The premises gave us this feeling and having views onto the water gave it that special touch. The room was lovely and clean and private.

Checking in was a little strange and the room I paid for (280sq feet with king bed) was “unavailable because of plumbing issues.” So they gave me a 250sq foot room with a queen bed and no compensation. I won’t be staying with them again.

The hotel is well located because from the window you can see the ocean, and it was clean, but it's not worth the money we paid. The place is super super small and super noisy, you can perfectly hear everything from the neighboars. Even with the windows close, you can hear all the noise from ousite, and the church nearby will ring the bell from 6am to 9pm, every half an hour. Also it was really hard to find. Take in consideration that you will have to climb some stairs to reach this place.
