Our view was absolutely stunning, and you won't find a better location! It is steps from the water, steps from a variety of restaurants and shopping, very close to the ferry and train station. We easily parked our car just before Varnazza (they don't allow you to drive in), there is one parking lot that is reasonable and they shuttle you in. Communication with manager is a little challenging. He doesn't respond to email, but will pick up phone and be very pleasant. The directions he gave us to find the place was MUCH more confusing than it needed to be.
Walk towards the water after arriving and then the steps are to the left just before the restaurant Il Gambero Rosso, take a right after the stairs. If you see a bar on your left after the stairs you've gone too far. Enter through green door.
The room itself is dated, and nothing special, but the location and view, and space in the room all made it worth it to us!

Had some difficulty getting to the right spot, maybe specific instructions where you meet would be good. It was hot when we got there and that made for 4 cranky people, but once settled, it was wonderful! Linens were offered each day, loved doing a little bit of laundry for the essentials (ring it out good or be yelled at). Host was wonderful! Would for sure stay again!

Property is perfectly located near the beach, shopping and eating. Easy train ride to other towns. Make sure you understand the parking situation if you drive!!
