Better explanation of how to arrive from train - include a map with confirmation. This stairs were challenging- should be more transparent about them and have staff assist with luggage instead of us having to find someone to help

Amazing private balcony room in Vernazza

The view was amazing!!! The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

Be prepared to climb a lot of steps. If you are out of shape or have health problems, this is probably not the property for you.

Would have liked to stay longer

Fabulous spot and so much character. Loved all the little finishes. Perfect location and Cecilia was super helpful getting us settled and helping us with passes to Manarola. Also so excited to have a clothes line.

Possibly the best balcony view in Vernazza! Recommended.

Prime position with a wonderful view over Vernazza and to the beach below. The apartment is large and the balcony is a generous size. Furnishings are very typical and full of character. Check in was easy at restuarant in square below, and staff greeted us warmly. Good breakfast.

Be aware of narrow steps up, but hey it's the Cinque Terre! Shower small and slow to drain but again - an older building so expected. Bathroom size is good.

Perfecto! Amazing views and comfy rooms with breakfast! Great location, too!

The view was amazing! We were blown away when we opened the shutters to see a view of the sea. There are 2 nice size bedrooms, comfy beds, and 1 large shared bathroom with a shower. The location was perfect, overlooking the piazza. We slept with the windows open listening to the sound of the surf. Very nice breakfast buffet each morning at the restaurant below. Be prepared to walk some steps to get there! But, that's true of everything in Vernazza!

Make sure you contact them in advance for directions because you need to check in at the restaurant below.

location was great! the views were amazing from our windows. staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of extra pillows for comfort!

the air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work properly, we had it on all night at the lowest setting and the room was still very hot. AC in the living room worked great. The church bells started at 7 am, not ideal for sleeping in. The bed was a little hard.

family or four felt like the stay was an expected and cute-for-the-price home base for a one-night trip to Vernazza

superb location, worth the steps to the top. good sized bedrooms and nice bathroom.

the bathroom came stocked with just two of each type of towel, despite four guests. we are sure we would’ve been provided with more if we had called for help, but we didn’t realize until people had showered. it was also a bit noisy with the bell tower, but that’s how you get the views! to be expected.

Beautiful!

Amazing property and location!! The room was much larger than expected. We stayed in the split level room at the top of the building. It was amazing opening up the window to see the church bell and ocean. Incredibly relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is associated with a restaurant at the base of Vernazza (near the waterfront, where you check in), and they give guests 10% off. We had dinner there the first night and it was delicious!

It was all really lovely. I suppose the only thing to be mindful of was our room had a tiny, tiny shower. We had to squeeze through the shower door to get in. Someone with a bulkier build might find this very difficult.

Disappointing

Proximity to the coast.

The advertising appeared as though there was a view of the ocean, however, we only had a very sliver of view from our window. The complexity of getting to the room through more than one locked door, up a narrow stairway felt very claustrophobic.

Perfect location and terrace

Fantastic location just above the harbor, and it was lovely to rest at the terrace in the afternoons in the sun after the trekking. I would stay at the same place if I go back here again.

The location was more than perfect! Sea view from the room window was breath tacking. The room was super clean, and it have everything you need. Beed was great. Breakfast was included in a nearby restaurant next to the sea on the main square. The food was delicious and diverse.

For a tall person (as I am) room was a bit small. The same goes for the shower cabin. I could barely fit.

We stayed in the room with the balcony overlooking the sea. So so beautiful. The balcony view was worth every penny. The bed was so comfortable and tv was nice.

Beware of a lot of steep stairs. But there’s nothing they can do about it. Pack light.

Very nice view, small but clean room. Dinner at the associated ristorante was very good and with the guest discount also at an attractive price.

Service at brakfast could have been a bit more enthusiastic, ordering was sometimes a bit cumbersome as there was no written menu and items were either forgotten or not understood... but eventually we got what we wanted, just had to ask again... No problem for us, but the church bell will likely wake you up at 7AM ;-)

Wasn't clear that the apartment we booked didn't have a terrace. There was a terrace in the other apartment the landlord had, and that was the pictures we saw when we booked ours.
