Erittäin viihtyisä pieni huone keskellä Vernazzaa. Tänne kannattaisi saapua junalla vaikka autollakin pääsee ihan hyvin. Auto vain pitää pysäköidä noin kilometrin päähän itse kylästä mistä on kuljetus.

Huoneesee on aika jyrkät rappuset eli jos on hiukankin liikuntarajoitteinen kannattaa valita jokin muu asumus. Itseä tämä ei haitannut ollenkaan.

Schöner Ort aber zu nah am Bahnhof.

Die zentrale Lage war sehr schön.

Viel zu laut. Der Zug ist trotz geschlossener Fenster zu hören, die muss man aber öffnen sonst ist es stickig warm in der kleinen Wohnung. Des Weiteren wurde immer sehr früh Flaschen geräumt. Auf den Bildern sind überall Terrassen zu sehen, daher war ich sehr enttäuscht das es keine gab. Also sehr genau lesen !!

So many stairs to reach the property and then more stairs inside. That was not clearly communicated. A bed and a kitchen table with chairs. That’s it. No kitchen facilities at all. Contact was unavailable as she was hiking.

Un buon appoggio in pieno centro a Vernazza

Posizione eccellente, complessivamente confortevole, facilità nel poter reperire le chiavi, gentilezza della proprietaria. Bagno molto caratteristico, con una parete formata da pietra a vista.

Lo scaldabagno è sempre molto rumoroso, anche quando non viene utilizzata l'acqua calda. Di notte è abbastanza fastidioso.

Muy recomendable opción para Cinque Terre

El apartamento es muy práctico y está ubicado en pleno centro de Vernazza, a solo unos metros de la estación de tren y muy cerca de uno de los senderos más conocidos de Cinque Terre. La atención de Elena fue excelente, nos ayudó con un tema en particular y estamos muy agradecidos por su amabilidad. Además, las habitaciones cuentan con ventilador, lo cual fue más que suficiente para agosto. Las camas son muy cómodas y las almohadas también, cosa difícil de encontrar. Fue una gran decisión quedarnos dos noches aquí: pudimos combinar caminatas con viajes en tren y en barco para conocer otros pueblos. Muy recomendable alojarse en un mismo lugar para aprovechar al máximo la experiencia.

Lo que se podría mejorar: el apartamento no tiene cocina ni pileta más que la del baño, por lo que resulta difícil preparar o comer algo; contar con algunos utensilios y platos hubiera sido muy práctico. Las ventanas de ambas habitaciones dan a la calle principal, lo que lo hace bastante ruidoso, sumado al sonido constante del tren. En mi caso no fue un problema porque viajo siempre con tapones para los oídos, pero puede ser una molestia para quienes tengan el sueño ligero.

Perfecte vakantiehuisje voor een paar dagen

De locatie was fantastisch. Wat ook echt super attent was is dat de host ons last minute heeft geholpen met een parkeerplaats. Ze ons kwam ophalen bij de shuttlebus en de tijd nam om ons te vertellen over het dorpje en wat we allemaal konden doen. Het appartement was ruim en schattig. Voldeed aan alle eisen voor ons als reisgezelschap van 5. Mocht je nog twijfelen gewoon DOEN! Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zoals het zou moeten.

Het is niet goedkoop maar zeker de moeite waard

Vernazza es espectacular

Su ubicación a 2 min de la estación de tren y en la calle principal del pueblo. La limpieza de la habitación. La cama es cómoda y se puede descansar bien, aunque las ventanas sean de madera aíslan muy bien y no se escucha apenas el ruido de la calle

Tiene unas escaleras muy empinadas para llegar, desde la calle hasta la habitación, es lo normal, se sacaban viviendas de una montaña, necesitaría una pequeña reforma, el baño está un poco anticuado y la bañera es complicada de usar al no tener cortinas y un escalón grande para entrar.

La posizione ottima e la pulizia. Camera un po' datata ma funzionale se non si hanno grosse esigenze

Il riscaldamento non autonomo fa si che la stanza non sia sempre con la temperatura idonea. La finestra non è insonorizzata e i locali sottostanti nei mesi estivi potrebbero creare un po' di problemi. Il prezzo è alto per il tipo di stanza, ma in linea con lo standard del paese.

Good

Location is great, on the heart of Vernazza's main street. Restaurants and attractions are downstairs or five minutes aeay. Lovely balcony facing it. About five floors steps from the street. Eventhought it is 60 yards from the train station the noise is not noticeable.

Bathroom shower could improve. However it is ok if you do not mind to hold the shower head in one hand in an small tub with no courtains.

Brilliant traditional property in excellent location.

LOVED the incredible location and the balcony was our favourite part. Liked the traditional decor and nice to have an inside table to sit at. Good communication, easy to find and simple to access the property. Good that there was a fridge.

No A/C is a bit of a bugger because it was hot and having the windows opened meant that it was noisier in the night due to the trains/drunk people. There isn't actually a kitchen or kitchen facilities if that's something that you're after. The shower is a little sit down handheld tub thing which was fine but different. Different that the manager/cleaner let theirsleves in to use a couple of rooms which were closed off to guests but it was never early and she kept herself to herself. Bed is a standard double, snug as we are both 6 foot.

A great location but try to find a place that truly cares about guests experience and cleanliness.

The location was perfect.

There were no utensils or pans for eating/cooking. There were items left from previous guests like medicine etc. The bathroom still had hair and dirt from other guests. Paint chipped with mold and rust in the shower. The profile suggests it has a balcony, there is non - you are in a small room with one window (so could be very HOT in hot months)

Felt like home in Vernazza

What we liked the most was actually the location of this accommodation, it was literally 100 meters away from Vernazza's train station. When you travel with a lot of stuff, like luggage or backpacks, feels great to find the place you are going to be next to the station, especially in a village like Vernazza in which there are a lot of stairs and "stone-bricks" streets.

We don't find this specially uncomfortable, but this accommodation doesn't have air conditioner but two fans. We visited Vernazza in the greatest heat wave of the year (38-40ºC) and we didn't have an air conditioner to fight it at night when sleeping.

The location was very good considering how close it was to the train station.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no AC, so it was very hot. Being that close to the train station and being so hot you had to open the door to the porch and in turn heard the train station all night.

Very disappointing

The location

The apartment was advertised as being on the second floor. My 74 year old sister had just had hip replacement surgery 2 months prior to our trip. Imagine our dismay when we were confronted with 62 STEPS to reach our apartment!!!! I called the host and she said it wasn’t her fault!!!!

The towels felt like sandpaper and the shower is super tiny. I would still stay again but jumped in the ocean for a full rinse. Make sure to bring your own beach towels.

Excellent location - very spacious and overlooked the main street!

Excellent location right in the centre of Vernazza, a two minute walk away from the train station or harbour! Located on the second floor with a view overlooking the main street! Perfect space for two people (or three people with a fold out bed), apartment was cleaned every day, bed was very comfy and always had hot water! Easy check in and out!

I thought we would have a balcony as some photos on Booking.com suggested so but Rollando actually have many apartments, some with and some without so ask for one with a balcony when booking! Otherwise nothing to complain about! (Also just to note, there is a fridge and kettle but otherwise no cooking facilities - we didn't mind as food was cheap in Vernazza but just to note)

As long as you know what you have rented, the location works great for moving around and being close to a train station.

the location in town was great except it was on a designated hiking trail so it was very busy.

When we arrived we did not have the room that we thought we booked and there was no terrace attached to our unit so we were disappointed. The bathroom was small but many items were broken or in disrepair. And the unit has many large pieces of furniture(including a piano which just was in the way) that made it difficult to move around with luggage. Also, the fans provided were also not working properly and there is no a/c.

Quadricep muscles tired, but feeling good, from hiking the ascents and descents of the Cinque Terre

Ideal location in the heart of Vernazza. No challenge finding cold Limoncello nearby. Blue Marlin cafe across the street was convenient and ideal for morning cappuccino and cornetti. Ligurian pesto trofi top notch. The nooks and crannies of Vernazza to be explored. Anchovy pizza fantastico. La Torre restaurant unrivaled views.

Can hear train station rumblings from room, but hey this is a bustling seaside village in Italy, not the Swiss Alps. Also, difficult to communicate with management company and having the room cleaned was a significant challenge. Sent numerous messages to the cell# provided, never a response. After a few days of the room not being cleaned, due to scheduling and limited timeframe, management company was reached. Finally, the next day...day 4 of 5, the room was done. In fairness, they tried earlier, but time time window seemed to be about one hour, between 10-11am. Was told later was possible, but the cleaning person never returned afterwards on the days already showing up, which was frustrating. And Americans consuming gelato are often too loud. British tourists three only argue about soccer.

Very big apartment in a beautiful village.

A lot of stairs and very uncomfortables (sloped), very near the train station so very noisy, do not clean and make the room dayly.
