Everything was great. Smooth check in where the host met us at the station and beautifully clean room with some cold drinks provided on arrival.. There was plenty of space for a family of 4 in the sapphire suite and the views in both directions are truly spectacular. The location within Vernazza is perfect. Highly recommended.
It was no problem for us but just be aware there are lots of very steep and narrow stairs to reach the room so staying with younger children or older guests might be difficult.

Location and cleanliness.
The room was cold and the heat was rationed to two hours at a time. It was controlled remotely. The staff was not receptive to my frequent request for the heat to be turned on. I gave up and checked out early.
