Non esiste contatto diretto con personale della struttura, che però offre possibilità di consultare sito con tutte le indicazioni. Non abbiamo avuto problemi particolari ma ad alcune domande non abbiamo avuto risposta

Tutto: dalla posizione centralissima, alla camera super comfort. Ho apprezzato molto anche il format del check-in, veramente comodo.

Excellent value for money in the heart of Vernazza. After traveling several times to the Cinque Terre, I can honestly say it’s becoming harder and harder to find places with reasonable prices, especially in such a central location. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. Everything worked perfectly and the overall experience felt much more professional than many other places we stayed at in Italy. One thing we really appreciated was the digital organization. After booking, we received access to a detailed Welcome Book containing all the information we needed for the stay: directions, check-in instructions, Wi-Fi password, restaurants, train information, luggage storage, local tips, and much more. It made everything simple and stress-free. They also have a personalized virtual assistant on WhatsApp that works surprisingly well. You can quickly find answers to almost any question through the menu, and if needed you can easily contact a real operator. It’s modern, fast, and honestly much more efficient than waiting hours for replies from traditional hosts. The combination of affordable prices, excellent location, organized assistance, and modern service makes this place a really smart choice for visiting the Cinque Terre without overspending. Highly recommended.

the neighbor across the street, Barbara, who runs another guesthouse nearby, may try to speak badly about this property and convince you to cancel your reservation. Don’t trust it — our experience here was completely positive.

the location is great and close to the train station, expect no view and noise at night/ early morning from the trains, if you follow the instructions you will manage to get in without problems.

the "balcony" is a lie, there is one room that may have kind of a balcony, two other rooms are literall bad and dark and one is medium, the warm water did not work, then it was only little - after all day hiking not a nice experience
