Location is less than 2 minutes from the train station…very convenient. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room and breakfast met our needs.
Worth the stay if you don’t want to drag your bags…central location.

The reception staff—including Paola—are incredibly helpful, pleasant, and service-minded, always going the extra mile. For instance, she prepared a deluxe "Early Bird" breakfast bag for us when we checked out at 4:45 AM to catch the 5:00 AM train to Pisa today. The street-side café is a real gem that enhances the stay, thanks to its friendly staff. The breakfast is perfect, featuring fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as eggs, bread, great coffee, juice, plain yogurt, and more. The location, just 50 meters from the Vernazza train station, is ideal. The harbor area is charming, and we highly recommend both Pensione Sorriso’s own restaurant (which serves delicious food) and Ristorante Belforte—where Andreas is a star. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Vernazza, Pensione Sorriso, and the Cinque Terre.
