Lovely room with comfy bed, great shower and amazing views making the steps worthwhile . Restaurant also excellent
The terrace appeared to be closed for renovation which was a shame as I had booked based on the pictures from there

Great view, right over the sea. Beautiful village.
You need to be fit to get to your room. It was about 10 minutes from hotel bar at sea level. It was up very very many flights of steps and I was exhausted. That's not their fault. Its a village built on a cliff. But be prepared.

We brought 14 ppl. and has specific requests for each room, and not all requests were met. The empolyee was argumentative, and never offered a simple apology, she just repeated her argument. She could have simpley said, " I'm sorry that we are unable to help you." But never did.
The view in the dining area was amazing!
Some rooms were much more comfortable than others. We had to pay some off-the-street guy to carry our bags - the hotel had no or made no effort to assist us with our bags to be carried up 150 steps. We had some seniors traveling with us that really struggled and the hotel did nothing to help. And we had to pay this guy $10 a bag. Not that he didn't deserve it, but it was a complete surprise that if we wanted help, that it was going to be that much money.
