De zeer oude en niet onderhoude pand. De duche en wc buiten de kamer. Als je uit de douche of wc komt kom je andere gasten tegen. Geen privacy. Het lijkt alsof de tijd is stilgestaan.

This was such a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, staff, Friendly, and it was centrally located.

We loved that this was essentially located hotel in the heart of all the restaurants and the beach.

Hiking up four flights of stairs on a hot day was challenging.

A great value and smart choice

Fantastic location right in the harbor, ideal for exploring Cinque Terre. The room was on the top floor under the roof – quite small, with only a skylight for a view, but view is on the harbor and sea. It got hot during the day, but the air conditioning worked well. Thanks to the shared bathroom and toilet, the price was very good compared to other places in the area. We used this accommodation during a two-day Cinque Terre trek and really appreciated the central location. A good budget option if you don’t mind limited space.

A true delight which brings you into the village as you open the larger door

Well this was delightful. Yes we shared a bathroom but never had to wait or hurry up. Clean room with air conditioning. There is even a spiral staircase I am sure used by fishermen back in the day but this adds to the authentic. Alberto was a gentleman and shared knowledge of the area and his life which we appreciated. And when you open il Portone you are in the piazza overlooking the beach. Just a delight. A real feeling of Vernazza.

Nil. Careful if you can’t climb stairs to get to a third floor with a narrow spiral staircase for the last flight.

View is amazing

The views from the hotel are spectacular—just open the window and you’re greeted by the sea and the coastline, with restaurants right downstairs. The owner was incredibly kind; knowing we were on our honeymoon, he upgraded us to a room with even better vistas. After we checked out the next morning, the hotel let us store our luggage free of charge while we set off on our hike.

Nos encantó. Súper cuqui la buhardilla q nos tocó. Un edificio histórico que conserva todo su encanto!!! Hasta le escalera de caracol me flipa!!! Y las vistas desde su ventana. Una pasada!!!….y LORENZO un joven encantador y súper amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con una sonrisa.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything, ocean front, walking distance to several restaurants, tons of shops , the ocean, the train station. Rooms are decorated so super cute. Very clean. Owner and his dad were soooo nice!! Rooms have a/c, hairdryer, fan, mini fridge.

The A/C in our room did not get cold. We went during an extremely hot week in June/July. Going up the steps to the room multiple times a day was tiring - especially due to the heat! It’s about 70 steps to the 3rd floor where some rooms are located, then an additional spiral staircase to get to the check in desk and other rooms

6 flights of stairs plus a dangerous narrow spiral staircase to an attic without any view as promoted by booking.com. Also our bathroom was outside our room located in reception. The room was tiny with a sloping section constantly hitting my head. The shower and bathroom microscopically small. Staff was arrogant.

AMAZING, cozy and friendly

Everyone was so welcoming, the place is in front of the beach, it was clean and neat and comfortable. Great experience! Loved it. Vernazza is (along with Monterosso) the best of those towns to stay and then from there you can go to the others. Great if you are traveling with big bags!

Great view of the harbor and ocean even in partial view room. The room is clean and neat. Not recommended for big size pp though. Extra nice staff. Less than 2 minutes to the train station. So convenient. Steps out to restaurant and shops.

Great view out the window over the harbour. Centrally located a stones throw away from food, drink and ferry options. A discount exists with a local restaurant. Good sized room suitable for a couple or a solo traveller.

The day i walked the Cinque Terre trail (18km) made for a slow walk up the stairs!

The kindest hosts made the whole trip worth it!

The staff was so kind, and the room was perfect! When I messed up and didn’t book the third night of our trip, they were able to find us another spot in town. Amazing! The air conditioning was so nice, and there was even an extra fan in the room, which is perfect because it is HOT in june. Can’t thank these guys enough for how great our trip was.

Quirky & Quaint on the Waterfront

Quaint character apartment in excellent location in main square on waterfront. Easy walk from train station & to all areas of Vernazza. Very clean. Fantastic helpful hosts who gave good recommendations & advice. Also helped with luggage up & down stairs. Room is in the roof so only one small window.

Small room & dated bathroom. Flights of stairs for access & very tight spiral staircase to top floor. Needed a step ladder to see the spectacular view.

Tiene una vista muy bonita hacia la pequeña bahía que tiene el pueblo. Está muy muy cerca de la estación de tren . Habitación amplia, todo muy limpio y bien presentado.

Hay que subir 62 escaleras hasta el piso donde nos alojamos. Como llevábamos mes y medio viajando teníamos maletas pesadas y la subida se hizo algo dura. Cómo es un apartamento no hay recepción 24 horas aunque esto no fue problema pues ellos te indican cómo ingresar si llegas después de la hora de su servicio y todo funcionó perfecto

Idéal pour découvrir les Cinque Terre

Hotel idéalement situé au coeur de Vernazza (et donc des Cinque Terre). Facilement accessible par le train. Sentiers de randonnées à deux pas. Accueil très sympathique. La chambre que nous avions, bien que petite, était confortable. Au coeur du village on est pourtant très au calme.

En août, quand le village est très encombré, on aimerait un lieu confortable (de type terrasse ou salon) pour passer un peu de temps...

Dostałyśmy malutki pokoik na poddaszu z pięknym widokiem na zatokę! Pokój był bardzo czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Łazienka pomimo tego, że współdzielona to również zadbana. Hotel oddalony od plaży zaledwie 2 minutki, a do dworca około 5 min. Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele.

Głośna klimatyzacja przy której nie dało się spać. W wyposażeniu pokoju był wiatrak, ale nie był wystarczający na upał.
