We really enjoyed our stay in this second‑floor room with its private bathroom and balcony — simple, clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. The 140 steps up were easy to manage, especially considering how hilly Cinque Terre is. Vernazza’s vibe was wonderful, with great places to eat by the sea, and we loved exploring the other villages by train and ferry. Our highlight was the Vernazza–Monterosso hike, and starting early from Vernazza was definitely the right choice. Communication with Luca was excellent, and we would gladly stay at his place again on our next visit to Cinque Terre.

It wasn’t hot during our stay in Vernazza, and we only needed the fan once. On very warm days, having air conditioning would likely be a better option for comfort.

Everything!!!! Location is perfect, room was super clean and organized. You have everything you need (even a mini fridge) Thanks to Luca who is kind and helpful. This room is amazing if you are searching for a cozy room near everything in a good 5Terre spot!

Location, location, location! Beautiful! Right in the heart of Vernazza! And a gorgeous walk up lots of steps to get there! Beautiful views of the street below and adjacent colorful buildings!

No air conditioner, and the bathroom was super small! 3 steps up to get into the very small shower. But it was hot water and good pressure! Pretty good size room, with a small refrigerator, which was nice to have! Very simple, but would not be good for more than 2 people for sure! Would be much better with a small AC unit. The host was excellent! Returned all texts immediately!

A true accommodation in Vernazza, nicely furnished room and bathroom. Great location near the station and the square by the sea. Fun to reach up a few typical stairs from the main street. Luca was very nice and easy to reach by phone. Definitely recommend and we hope to go there again!
