very nice place with very convenient destination from the beach and train station. Clean bathroom and cute balcony on top with a nice view. Easy to find thanks to the instruction sent by the owner. We liked facilities, view, cleanliness and everything about this apartment. I will definitely stay here again when I go there again.

Good location- 2 minutes from the station and 2 minutes from the sea front. Also the hotel is at the start of the hike to Monterosso (which is also a lovely hike that I would recommend). It is also nice to have both a bedroom and living room, which allows both a place to relax and sit, and somewhere to sleep. There is also a fridge which is always a plus as I like to enjoy cold water when the weather is hot. The owners alerted us to a shared balcony with a beautiful view over the town approx half way through our visit which was nice; we sat there listening to live street music in the sun, it was very peaceful. The owners were friendly to us, and helpful; asking if we needed any more supplies. The room is not very 'modern' but that is the case for most hotels in Italy - it has an authentic charm to it.

I wish we knew about the shared balcony earlier/ it was more advertised - but perhaps that is my mistake not reading well. Perhaps an introductory chat would have been nice from the owners when we arrived. The drainage system may have issues - a few times a day there seemed to be a smell coming from the bathroom, so the room did not smell very good. The shower also did not drain well whilst using it.

Great location. The room was clean as well as the towels. There was plenty of space in the lounge to keep our luggage.

It was a pity there was not a proper kitchen with a sink. There was excellent space for this. Also a set of cutlery and crockery to have breakfast or make a sandwich.
