The bed was broken, very noisy (the downside of being central) , room very basic, no „cosiness“ feeling, steep stairs - not suitable for elderly people.

Good location in the heart of the main street. A few stairs but nothing too bad. Room was spacious, clean and tidy, large bathroom, fridge and good bed.

Camera grande (non so se sono tutte così essendo ricavate in uno stabile di civile abitazione) pulita ed atttezzata in accordo al prezzo pagato. Più centrale di cosi non si poteva. Silenziosa nonostante fosse sul passaggio.

TV non funzionava. 3 rampe di scale ripide alla genovese, ma non si può pretendere in una struttura così vecchia

Charming, comfy and cool

I really liked the little loft in our room. We were at the top floor which had a charming feel, but did have fight steep flights of stairs! Beds were comfortable.

Très belle chambre haut perchée

La chambre était super, grande avec une belle salle de bain et bien située. Il faut laisser la voiture au parking plus haut, c’est 20€ pour 24h et tout est vraiment bien organisé, il y a une navette qui descend très régulièrement au village. Pas contre il faut mieux réserver le parking car il n’est pas immense. Il n’y a pas vraiment de réception à l’hôtel, il faut aller au restaurant sur le port, les chambres sont un peu plus loin en haut d’une cinquantaine de marches. En forme ça ne pose aucun souci. Le Check in est un peu inhabituel, mais pour nous tout c’est très bien passé.

La TV ne marchait pas. Pour une personne qui n’est pas en forme, les marches peuvent poser pb.

Overall a good room&we would stay there again, we just wish we would have known certain details beforehand.

Was in the center of the city + clean. Check-in&-out was very easy.

There was no AC. The ‚reception‘ is not where the rooms are, which is a bit confusing if you don‘t know it beforehand + you are not allowed to enter the city by car and have to pay 20€/day for a parking outside & get there by shuttlebus.

It is a bit loud, the balcony faces a building and is very tight. The sink in the bathroom is tiny and we splashed water all over.

Large, bright room with a very comfortable bed and large balcony. The room is in the heart of the town but very quiet at night.

The stairs. There are 5 flights of very steep stairs to get up to the room. The balcony could do with a new table and chairs as the current ones are a bit tatty and rusty.

Central room in the middel of the town. Big room with a small refrigerator and kettle. Big bathroom, small shower... Comfortable bed.

The room was a bit hot, we turned down the heating, but it is not easy to have the windows open because of noise from backside of building. No sight or light from the windows - just a wall outside. A lot of steep steps

Cogimos este alojamiento, por la explicación de cabecera, balcón,y buenas vistas, las vistas eran una pared a 1 metro de distancia q daba aún pasillo super estrecho, q no llegaría a 1 metro, unas escaleras de vértigo, q son un peligro, y fueron varios tramos, es algo q tienen q avisar, daban miedo las escaleras, un olor a humedad!!!! El lavabo era correcto y lo último sii somos 3 al menos 3 vasos!!!

Nice location in Vernazza. Close to the beach and the train station. Big room and clean even if it’s not very modern. Easy check out, could just leave the key in the room.

We visited in July and since there is no air condition it was very hot. It was equipped with fans but it was still some sweaty nights. Like most buildings in Cinque Terre there are some steep stairs to climb to get to the room!

Super comfy bed, warm room, excellent location (like maybe 150 metres from the train station?), big soft towels, super nice staff - i felt so welcome! Also Taverna del Capitano restaurant has AMAZING pansoti with walnut sauce.

the location was perfect, on the main street, near the harbor, the restaurants and all the shops. The staff was very helpful.

Too many stairs for me

The bed was the most comfortable I've had on my vacation.

Lots of noise from the street below, and there are so many stairs, dang! My poor Ole knees were not happy going up and down those stairs with luggage. The value to cost ratio just want there for me, but the staff were great.
