It’s located in the heart of vernazza and has a nice terrace with excellent view.
It’s a very small room and you have to be creative with how you fit and open small carryons. Keep the window in the bathroom closed when the sun goes down otherwise you’ll have a swarm of tiny flies attracted to light in the bathroom and room. Beware the there is a lot of steps tonight get to the property. Don’t come with anything larger than carryon. Even that is a workout to haul to the room and back.

This is a property that teaches you that you that less is more! It’s a tiny residence but almost everything is catered for. Clean. Comfortable. Great location ( if you’re into walking as we are). The terrace to relax on is fabulous, sitting there watching the sea and the birds on sun filled evenings was a delight.
Nowhere to unpack properly or stow suitcases. Maybe the bed could be exchanged for one with storage underneath. Be careful of tap in small kitchen sink as it gets extremely hot very quickly. But really we loved our stay here.

No breakfast. Balcony was the reason I chose this accommodation.
Ants on kitchen. No spray although I told house cleaner. No washing detergent, cloths or spray to clean in the kitchen.
