Fantastic Cinque Terre is one of my new favorite destinations!

Location, location, location it was so wonderful to look out at the coastal view! Our host was very helpful. I encourage you to take a boat ride while staying Information is in the room. It was a great four hour trip across the coast to see all the villages from the shoreline.

Unavoidable but we sure did get tired of all the steps after touring Italy for two weeks!!

The apt is good for a short stay and has a good layout for 2 couples , b where ut it is small

The location in Vernazza was perfect! The shower was amazing! The manager was very nice and helped us with our baggage.

The Steps leading to the apartment were very steep and challenging, especially with luggage, but the manager carried up our bags, which was so kind! The apartment was noisy at night until the restaurants and bars closed. The apartment was very barely furnished with minimum linens and pillows. The apartment is small for 4 people but we made it work. We could have used more pillows paper towels and TP.

The location and size of the space was amazing. We used the kitchen and loved the views and flexibility of the space and ease of getting to everything we wanted.

While it came with AC, the portable units really couldn't keep up with the temperatures. Our friends had a unit in another building with built in AC that was more up to the task, but the rooms were very very small. Trade offs. If the owner upgraded the AC to the better ductless wall units, this place would be absolutely perfect. Still... was better than having no AC at all.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Location was perfect and the view was incredible. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean, and an AC unit was provided which we love to keep the room cool and for white noise. It didn't bother us at all that the kitchen was shared, we only saw the other couple once during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot for a great value

Great place right in the centre of town. Bed was very comfortable, and the common kitchen area was excellent for those times we wanted a break from the crowds. You could sit and listen to the sounds of the main square below while having a well deserved beer after hiking the trails. Alberto was a great host. Needed some new towels and a couple other things and he popped right up. We were very happy with this choice!

Sounds carry extremely well throughout the alleys of the town. It’s a lot of people in a small space. You will not have total silence, but this is anywhere in Vernazza unless you are far from town centre.

My wife and I have been traveling all over Italy and this was a perfect sport in Cinque Tere! We liked Vernazza the best! Good staff, comfortable room and we liked the shared kitchen facilities.

We think the stairs are to be expected, however the 29 steps into the apartment made it a little difficult for us senior citizens! Even though we are used to walking and don’t have any mobility issues, it was still a challenge!

Excellent location and convenience. Glad to have AC and for me the AC worked just fine. For the price, this room was perfect. Overall, great room. The common shared area was nice for food storage as well.

Great location but felt like flat-sharing (not intended!)

Location was great, it’s a bit of a climb but well worth it. Bathroom was clean and well kept, shower pressure was impressively strong.

Size of the room - it was very compact, also the smell - very strange and quite strong. Air con was not giving enough cooling, even when set up for the lowest temperature. It turned out this room is part of a flat, with shared entrance and kitchen - this wasn’t made clear in description, it didn’t feel private and I don’t think I’d have gone for it if I had known it. For that reason, it doesn’t feel like a good value for money.

Alex was so responsive and friendly and helpful

Without wifi or cell service, it was difficult to communicate with the host on arrival. I finally found a shopkeeper who took pity on me and graciously allowed me to call from her phone . Turns out, you need the Cinque Terre pass ticket which has the user name and password printed on it to sign in to the local wifi. Don't lose it. You will need it each time to sign on while your pass is valid.

couldn’t have asked from more from this perfectly located apartment!

we couldn’t have asked for a better location for the apartment, our windows opened directly out onto just behind the main square/harbour with views of both the harbour and the church tower. We really were in the heart of vernazza. The room, which was one of two also had a shared kitchen area where there was a coffee machine and a fridge/all the usual cooking appliances if you did choose to eat in at all. the room itself was lovely, a good size and very clean. the bed was very comfortable too! the shower was very good - and is usually the thing that lets most accommodation down but we couldn’t complain! the apartment is up a few flights of stairs, which were no issue at all to us as able bodied people, even with bags but it may be harder for people not as steady on their feet. The church bell was our daily alarm clock starting at 7am so don’t expect much of a lye in, but it really was lovely to hear and made it all seem so much more authentic. Honestly would recommend 100%! the lady cleaning the apartment on our department was so lovely too and we weren’t sure if maybe she was the owner? but she seemed so proud of vernazza and really happy that we had had a lovely time.

through no fault of the apartment there were a few works going on, on the road right below the apartment from about 7.30am to 9am before the town got too busy, which was quite noisy!

It was absolutely amazing!!

Alex, the host was amazing and brought us everything we needed! The room is so comfy and it in the best location possible. All surprises were so pleasant, like having a common room with a kitchen we used almost every morning! It was hard to find at first but we asked some local shop owners and they called him and he came right down to bring us back up to the room! It was such an amazing stay and so worth every penny!

Potentially more directions on the location but we needed to find him to receive the keys anyways. It was just tricky because neither of us had service so we had to get someone else to call him and let him know we were there! But he was so quick to coming down and with all the little streets anyone could get a little lost!
