Beautiful room/deck. Perfectly located above the square. Amazing view of the ocean.
No shampoo in the shower. Wasn’t expecting that. Minor. The stairs immediately up to the unit are very very steep. Need to navigate carefully… We did fine. Not for elderly or someone with mobility issues.

The apartment is glorious. The balcony has a perfect view of the cove at Vernazza. There are good restaurants, and there are several gelato shops and wine shops to have ice cream or a glass on the terrace. The apartment was lovely and warm in the winter/offseason when we were there, and everything we wanted was immediately accessible.
The stairs are steep and take some doing, but totally worth it. I did not love having to send a picture of my ID.

The location is undeniably beautiful.
The lack of contact from the staff. There are around 50-60 stairs to access the property which with large luggage was difficult. I understand this allows the gorgeous views of the property however, we asked upon arrival if assistance could be found for our departure in two days time and there was silence. I prompted again, receiving responses that were vague and delayed. We were simply told the morning of departure there was no help. Disappointing for $600 AUD a night.
