Totally recommend this property as a place to stay when visiting Vernazza

The location was amazing. It is so close to all the action of Vernazza with a wonderful view from the lounge windows of the port. The property itself had everything needed for a very comfortable 7 night stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Vernazza, the best town to stay at on the Cinque Terre in our opinion.

The stairs to the front door are very steep. This could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. But any older property on the Cinque Terre that is not ground floor will have the same issue. The only other minor issue is the shower-room is tight - fully appointed, but tight. The rest of the apartment is very spacious.

Great stay

Rosanna House Vernazza best spot in Cinque Terre and is centrally located. Its a few minutes walk from the train station as well as close to the harbour for the spectacular sunsets. Restaurants, bars, shops and a Co-op close by. We met Alex at his shop who greeted us and took us to the apartment. Alex is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the village of Vernazza and the surrounding villages in Cinque Terre. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had a memorable and fabulous stay at Rosanne House!

Great location with some gripes

Great location but about 3 flights of narrow and steep stairs. Staff was very friendly and the check-in was a breeze. The primary bed mattress is a very basic spring mattress and the pillows provided were not the greatest.

Gorgeous place

The owners were very kind and amenable, the location could not be better, the apartment is perfect for three friends on a short stay.

The only thing was, as the windows look out onto the main street, it was quite noisy in the early mornings during delivery time. So ear plugs would be useful.

Vernazza - the hub of the 5 villages.

Alex was an excellent host. He made sure we were well taken care of. A very nice man we could see the harbor from our living room window. I peaked out the window every day and saw the beauty of the harbor and market place before we left our apartment.

I didn't like: after 10 a.m. the train and harbor folks saturated the town. I can only imagine what summer is like. Lots of people.

Roomy, clean stay close to the waterfront.

This is a clean, good sized apartment close to the water front in Vernazza. The living room area is large with a sectional sofa. The host was very responsive. I would recommend.

Fabulous location in Vernazza. Property well equiped and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful. Double glazed windows were essential at times given location overlooking main street and town square.

3 flights of steep stairs to access the apartment may be a challenge for some, but not unusual in Cinque Terra.

Location, comfortable and a home away from home

Location was fantastic, and the space was great. We had lots of room to relax and the view outside our window was lovely. A bonus was that there was a washing machine which is definitely grateful while traveling around. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if traveling this to Vernazza

Excellent Apartment!

Alex was waiting for us when we got off the train and showed us where the apartment was. Great location! Just steps from the harbor and many dining options. Fans were provided since it was hotter than usual. The washer was a great benefit, and I loved hanging the clothes to dry on the line. Nice big refrigerator and freezer. Great for a family!

Nice big room with a kitchen. The room is very close to the square and a small beach in Vernazza. The hosts were incredibly nice and easy to work with … very helpful in bringing us extra fans for comfort during our stay. (Even gladly helped my husband with a small extra request). Beautiful view out the front window to the water front. Would definitely stay here again… just wish they would add air conditioning for added comfort.

Excellent location in the center of Vernazza. Spacious and clean living area. Equipped with high quality accessories. The possibility of self check-in is excellent. Not usable by people with disabilities or with problems in climbing rapid stairs, but we are in the Cinque Terre so those with difficulty will hardly come. Extremely small bathroom with no bidet, but it is a limitation of the Case Torri Liguri, not attributable to the structure but physiological of the place. Compared to other accommodations I felt the lack of a capsule coffee machine and a few complimentary capsules and a bottle of water available for arrival which would certainly have embellished the arrival.

The bed, for my taste, would need to be less sprung. Other things I have listed above, but they are not serious defects.
