Beautiful, spacious apartment, close to everything.
Amazing spacious apartment with water views from TJ the living area. Very well equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Washing machine was also a bonus. Great communication from Alex, our host, who met us near the train station and showed us to the property and carried our bags up the stairs. He showed us through the apartment, and how everything worked. It’s in a fantastic location, near the harbour, and close to the station, restaurants and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect location in an amazing little town
This apartment was the perfect location. It had a view if the harbor and was right in town. There was plenty of space, a washing machine and it was very clean. There were clothes lines available outside the windows and clips to use. and really, Vernazza is stunning...so to be right in town was so cool.
I would just want to point out that there are quite a few steep stairs inside to get the apartment, for anyone with mobility issues, this might not be ideal. and there was a little bit of street noise until about 10 or 11pm. no big deal. oh, and the local church bells start to ring at 7am, but you would hear them anywhere in town.

Great location but needs love and updating.
Location great although Vernazza is so tiny anywhere is good. Alex friendly and responsive to messages. Bedroom at back so quiet
Unloved and not super clean. Spending and money to spruce up the place is clearly not a priority. Suggest head to Lidl and buy some sets of plates, large and small , glasses, tea towels (there were none in the apartment), set of knives for cutting. This is just basic maintenance. Bed uncomfortable and tiny, new king size bed and topper needed. Pillows new ones needed. Bathroom wins prize for smallest in the world, if you were rotund you would struggle fitting in it 😂. It was also not properly cleaned and could easily have been with more time spent doing it. For the price you pay it needs updating big time. And you only have a Seaview if you stick your body out of the window. Great location but needs a bit of love and a jolly good spruce up.

Totally recommend this property as a place to stay when visiting Vernazza
The location was amazing. It is so close to all the action of Vernazza with a wonderful view from the lounge windows of the port. The property itself had everything needed for a very comfortable 7 night stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Vernazza, the best town to stay at on the Cinque Terre in our opinion.
The stairs to the front door are very steep. This could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. But any older property on the Cinque Terre that is not ground floor will have the same issue. The only other minor issue is the shower-room is tight - fully appointed, but tight. The rest of the apartment is very spacious.
