Perfect for a couple with small kids

The location was perfect for those looking for a ground-floor apartment. Just a mere flight of stairs not far from the center. Even though it had no view, there were many spots you could walk up to to get a vantage point. We had a big suitcase and therefore did not want to go up too many staircases. Most apartments here are on the upper floors, and there are no elevators, as the buildings are old and not commercialized, which is what we appreciated. Amenities were sufficient, and everything was in order. They even provided cooking utensils and condiments, which was very helpful. What i loved the most was the rough cave wall behind the bed, very rustic!

Almost nothing...a view would have been perfect but it did us just fine. all the more reason to go out and explore the quaint town.

I loved Vernazza. it's charming and chill

The owner asked me to pay 30 euros he said for cleaning!! How come? Is it normal to clean the apartment on my holiday? It was Cans and bottles, or they want me to prepare the apartment for next geust?

Good

Good location. Easy to find and very much in the village. Clean and big bathroom. A bed and a sofabed. For one day it is more than enough.

I asked for two beds and requested before going there. I asked if sheets were available but did not get a response until very late. So finally we did not use the sofabed and slept together. It was ok but considering we were paying for two beds I would have liked having the possibility.

Stressful, with hidden costs everywhere.

The location was great, but the city is incredibly small so I cannot imagine any house in the area being rated poorly on location. The apartment was spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen too.

The apartment gets obnoxiously humid. It has 1-2 high level windows and does not get any light. Apart from being confronted with a 55EUR linen fee for our 1 night stay, we saw that there are fines for leaving dishes or not taking your trash with you during check-out, which made our stay stressful. The pricing for cleaning is unreasonable to say the least. I would not stay here unless you’re gonna do a long stay, make use of the kitchen, or stay with more than 2 people.

Kitchen is very well equipped and living room has ample cozy seating options.

Excellent location, with a bit more customer service and honesty, it could be fantastic.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Situated right in the middle of the town but removed from the crowds. Only 7 steps also to get to the apartment was great. The apartment has great air conditioning and the exposed cliff is a gorgeous feature.

The photos are a bit misleading, it is a studio apartment where the bedroom is open and to the back of the kitchen/sitting room. While there is a room divider, if you were sharing with anyone other than family, there is no privacy. There was a stale smell in the apartment and strict requests to remove all your own rubbish to down past the train station with financial penalties if you did not. Considering their is a cleaning fee included in the price, we did feel like this is a bit much and it did ruin the end of our stay, quite stressful making sure all the rubbish was brought out before we left. We have never been asked to do this before. The lock box and strict rules of the apartment made it very impersonal.

Great apartment. Highly recommended.

Location is fantastic. So close to the water. Apartment is clean with an amazing kitchen. Check in was so easy. My family of 5 was comfortable (3 kids). Vernazza is also well positioned to access the other towns. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.
