Location is great - right off the main drag in Vernazza, and thankfully not too far up into the endless stairs. And the views were tremendous, right over the sea. The apartment is a very nice size, plenty for two people. Our hosts were very responsive over WhatsApp.
The bathroom - specifically, the shower - is a problem. The shower is two marble steps up from the rest of the bathroom, and inevitably the steps get wet (in our case, this happened because the drain was slow and water spilled out from the shower pan, but even if the drain was fixed, it's gonna be wet). Wet marble is slippery; this is an accident waiting to happen.
Also, the sofa (which converts to a bed) has cushions which refuse to stay put. We ended up having to shove them back in place countless times. Not a huge problem, but annoying.
