It is very centrally located on the Main Street close to the train station.
The shower was ridiculously small. Serious lack of electrical outlets. The washing machine doesn’t dry the clothes. Air conditioning is definitely needed. I was taken aback by the rules of the rental like we would be charged if any trash was left in the trash can. Also, the kitchen was supposed to be left spotless in consideration of the cleaning people. Really?! Very weird. Of all the 5 towns Vernazza definitely has the least friendly people of all. Not even close.

Location is everything when you will be walking and exploring. This spot was great. As prior reviews mentioned there are many stairs so be sure you are steady on stairs as they are steep but well worth it! Place is spacious and we loved it.

Easy to locate on the main street in Vernazza.
Even though close to the train station and I am a light-sleeper after 23:00ish to around 05:00 I did not notice too many trains.
Vernazza was very busy from 11:00-17:00 most days, I went out at 08:00 one day and only saw 3 people.
I think it was a good choice for us based on visiting the other villages.
The apartment was well-equipped and furnished like a traditional Italian home, not some bland modern hotel.
The steps up to the apartment (like most in all the villages) were steep, so pack light...
Even though it was mid-April, it was not as warm as we expected and with the old building it was chilly at night and the apartment was not heated, but the Cinque Terre Riviera office loaned us a Dyson heater.
No central heating for chilly nights, but the Dyson heater as mentioned above was very welcome.
Some building work was being carried out nearby and they started at around 07:30, but I was already up and about most days by then.

Most charming & unusual place! Obviously loved and cared for with many upgrades. Spacious for this area, as well.
Unusually hot and they brought in another fan for us. Places in the town don’t have a/c.

So so very charming. The staff was delightful and the coffee and mugs provided was wonderful.
The Lunch box restaurant played loud music with many people singing loudly well past midnight the eve of June 27. Things were a little more quiet on June 28. We understood the noise ordinance was 11pm

The apartment was minutes from the train station on the main square near the office of the manager, the apartment was cool, large, unique and had lots of character with a bed, large dining sitting area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate sitting area at the back - could easily house 4 perhaps 5 people comfortably.
Being in the old part of town, you cannot carry much as far a luggage (we did not), as there are about 30 steps from the street to the door (17 of these inside the main door at a pitched angle - so no bad knees), and the washer did take some time to clean the closes but able to hand on lines on outside windows, no wifi for first day - likely turned off but manager corrected by second day. Other than that, it was well cared for.

It was right on the Main Street with an office downstairs for assistance. The apartment was homey - nice common areas & kitchen as well.
