Steps were a bit steep- but so worth it when you get to the apartment. Also if drying clothes on the cloth line outside they get a bit of a fishy smell from the restaurant next door

We loved the location of the apartment - slap bang in the middle of everything.

Being on the top floor meant there were a lot of stairs to climb - with the last flight very steep. But the view made up for it!

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Die geräumige, äußerst saubere und gediegen ausgestattete Wohnung bietet alles was einen Urlaub schöner und angenehmer macht. Sportlich ist der Anstieg über sehr (!) steile Treppen - typisch für Vernazza - aber er wird belohnt mit einem wunderbaren Blick über das pittoreske Dorf Vernazza. Ein großer Balkon nach vorne in das fröhliche Leben des Ortes und ein kleinerer weiterer Balkon nach hinten - mit klitzekleinem Ausblick aufs Meer. Urlauberherz - was willst Du me(e)hr! 2 Badezimmer mit Toiletten, Dusche bzw. Badewanne sind ein angenehmes Plus der Wohnung darüberhinaus Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Tiefkühlabteil für Eiswürfel - sogar ein Bügeleisen gäbe es. (Falls jemand tatsächlich im Urlaub arbeiten möchte). Die Klimaanlage hat sich bewährt, war leicht zu bedienen, und auch vollständig abzuschalten. Kaffee gab es aus der NespressoMaschine. Kapseln waren inkludiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung - und das freundliche und hilfsbereite Team von CinqueTerreRiviera - uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das klingt vielleicht kitschig - aber es fällt nichts dazu ein…

Long step stairs at the entrance might be an issue for a person with limited mobility. Marital bed is very squeky and shaky. Bath tub shower cover is unpractical in use, keeps falling.

we loved this quaint apartment at vernazza. we stayed cool with the air conditioning and were very comfortable.

We loved the location of the apartment! the kitchen was fully furnished. the air conditioning worked fabulously. and the washer was very functional.

the stairs are a bit steep. we had small suitcases but not sure I could do it with a full size one.

I would recommend to specify that the apartment is on the last ”floor” and the stairs are very steep! It was difficult to reach with a heavy suitcase.

We loved sitting on the terrace taking in the lively village. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 5.

The multiple flight of stairs was very long & steep, which was fine for us but listing as info for others in case of issue. Also the two single beds are a bit narrower than standard single bed.

We could live in this apartment for the rest of our lives!

The folks at the travel agency, basically kitty corner to the property, were so helpful and kind- Marco walked us up to the apartment and was at our service the entire visit; Need reservations? No problem, he knows everyone! Which store to get wine, prosciutto and cheese? - he knows just the place. The location was right in the center of this small and intimate town. Just steps from the adorable railway and also just steps from the beach. The apartment itself was light and breezy, with high ceilings throughout. The bedrooms were large and clean. And there was plenty of air conditioning available, but we enjoyed the fresh air most of the time. There are 2 water closets-one more modern with a shower and the other huge one with a tub and and a shower. And the kitchen had everything you need for a self-catered holiday and it was a comfortable place to start the day. My 21 year olds loved this place as much as I did. I guess I’m trying to say It suits the taste of all ages. Each of us remarked, at one time or another, (actually repeatedly!) that we want to come back and stay, right here, at Recanissu! I wish we never had to leave.

The apartment is a 5 story walk up- no problem for us as our apartment in NYC is also a 5 story walk up! But, if you’re not used to that kind of thing, you will be winded by the top. But the balcony and the apartment are well worth the climb!

Vernazza gem

Sweet little property in the middle of the main street with a fabulous balcony with views looking down at the bustling life below. Be warned the VERY steep multiple flights of stairs and pack small and light.
