I was very disappointed with our stay there. I had booked those apts because we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay there 3

The location was close to town.

The people above us were very noisy - talking loudly, scraping furniture on the floor above us. Kept us from sleeping until well after midnight. The same problem occurred for my family members staying in the other balcony apts. I requested another fan for our room (there was only 1 fan for the 2 bedrooms) because of the heat and humidity on the first night of our 3 night stay. The response came late and stated they could not deliver a fan until the morning of the day we checked out.

Fantastic apartment 2 minutes from centre of Vernazza yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet apart from the relaxing sound of the babbling brook below your balcony.

Cinque Terre like a local

Great and quiet location just outside the noisy and tourist filled streets of Vernazza. Beautifully furnished and fully functional apartment. Nice breeze and no need for aircon. Great follow up service, they satisfied a few additional requests we asked for with professionalism and kindness. We stayed with our small daughter and it totally worked.

We stayed in the Middle Apartment, can only talk for the one we stayed in.

botched check-in, confusing instructions, fan is extremely loud, wifi doesn't work

the location and design in the apartment is nice but that's about it

the worst check in experience. they got our rooms confused and gave us the keys to the wrong room which was much worse than the one we reserved. I was waiting outside the building for 1 hour because no one was answering the phone to help us. we didn't receive anything in exchange for this awful first impression. the check in instructions were poorly marked and confusing to understand because there are multiple lock boxes. the advertised wifi didn't work - it was so slow that you couldn't even load a webpage.... we had to travel to the next town over to work from our computers. there was so salt or pepper for cooking. not enough toilet paper to last a whole week. the fan was so loud because it's old and needs to be replaced. it was like a train was in your room when it was on because it was so loud so we didn't use it and sweated instead... for the price I paid (which was seriously inflated) I expected a much better experience.

Emplacement idéal mais bruyant.

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre-ville et de la gare. La salle de bains est agréable, avec un sèche-serviettes chauffant, et les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses.

Pour l'appartement en bas, Il n’y a que trois chaises pour quatre personnes, et la table extérieure n’est prévue que pour deux. La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas et a été remplacée par une petite plaque portable, peu pratique pour préparer des repas. La deuxième nuit a été très difficile : le ventilateur de l’appartement du dessus est resté allumé toute la nuit, avec un bruit constant, et nous avons également subi des bruits importants de déplacement de meubles vers 4 h du matin. Résultat : nous n’avons pas pu dormir.

Mit kleinen Abstrichen völlig okay.

Der Check-in hat soweit gut funktioniert. Wir haben vorher alle nötigen Informationen für die Schlüsselboxen bekommen. Die Lage in Vernazza ist gut (in der Nähe der Bahnstation) und auch nicht mittendrin, wo tagsüber zu viel Trubel ist. Wir hatten ein Ein-Zimmer-Apartment mit kleinem Balkon. Das Zimmer war groß genug mit unserem Gepäck. Bis auf ein Ventilator, der völlig verstaubt war (offenbar vorher hingestellt, aber nicht geprüft) war das Apartment und das Bad sauber.

Die Matratze vom Bett war leider sehr durchgelegen und daher nicht sehr bequem. Es war äußerst hellhörig. Das Geplätscher vom Wasser mag noch sehr beruhigend sein, aber alle anderen Geräusche von der Straße waren deutlich hörbar als hätte man die Fenster nicht geschlossen. Die Küche war nicht besonders ausgestattet. Es hat uns aber nicht gestört, dass es keine Kaffemaschine (nur Wasserkocher) gab, da um die Ecke direkt ein Café ist und in Italien der Kaffee unschlagbar günstig ist. Die Dusche in unserem Apartment war mit dem Duschvorhang leider eine Zumutung.
