Scarlet Apartment Vernazza Heart

The location was very convenient- it was close to the train, so arriving with bags was very easy and so was visiting other parts of cinque terre. It was a lovely and peaceful apartment right in the center of town without being noisy. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer. The view out the windows was beautiful!

The apartment door key pad is digital and not as sensitive to the touch as it should be, so it took a little longer to respond when typing in the code. But overall it was alright, not a major problem.

Updated and modern.

No wine opener or dish towels.

An amazing apartment. We loved it.

Large place with washer and dryer.

When we arrived I got a message that alarmed me as none of this was disclosed until we checked in. It said not to use all the appliances at once as the power grid would not handle it. And that the dryer door was broken and needed to be taped together. The AC was not on and it was hot and inside the space was very uncomfortable. I tried the remote but nothing happened. I called the contact and she literally said to just open the windows and smell the air. But we needed AC and after insisting several times she finally told me where the switch was to turn it on. But she was rude. Plus before we even checked in I got a message thanking us for our stay. The couch was hard as a rock and overall the place was a little bit dirty. Needless to say we were not happy with the surprises after we checked in and the rudeness of the contact.
