Ok, bel emplacement mais lumière la nuit

Logement propre, très bonne réactivité de l’agence. Dans le centre mais pas à côté de la rue principale parfait pour le silence.

Le lit donne directement vue sur la porte/fenêtre de l’entrée avec seulement un store qui laisse passer très grandement la lumière du porche d’à côté le soir c’est très très dérangeant pour dormir. Il faudrait a minima rajouter un rideau occultant pour ne pas dormir en plein jour.

Perfect apartment with everything you need. Washer was a huge help. Very comfortable and an excellent location. Stairs but not too many.

People with heavy luggage or out of shape would be challenged anywhere in Cinque Terre with the number of stairs. Pack small light suitcases if traveling to this area regardless of your fitness level.

Excellent place to stay. It’s on the3rd level with steep stairsteps but if one only does one time go out and one time go

Clean, quit, very accessible to shops and restaurants and trail path, and the water. The view from the room is stunning. The staff at the management office is very helpful. Extended help to make the move easy and with help carrying the heavy luggage

A perfect location for exploring Vernazza and the other towns - right in the middle of the action!

The location was great. We enjoyed the property. The decor was lovely. The staff where we checked in were knowledgeable and helpful.

I didn't like we only had one set of towels for each of us and that we had to pay a fee to replace the towels. I also didn't like that they required we wash any dishes and basically had to leave the room spotless. They had fines if you mis categorized the recycling. We are very neat and we didn't incur any fees but it added unnecessary stress on vacation. Maybe some people abuse properties and creates this situation for all of us but I didn't like that. I would also have liked some other seating other than stools for the island and there was space for something.

Okay but there are better locations / venues for the value of your money

Location is great with a great view and staff is friendly.

Shower door was broken so when we showered it would get water all over the floor, Wi-Fi is none existent (which is fine but when the location says it is available but in actuality it is only available in there office 7 buildings over instead of in the building housing the units seems a bit shady), lighting in the hall was can be dangerous as it is on a timer so unless you quickly mover down the 4 steep flights of stairs you’ll be in complete darkness (they just need to expand the timer on the switch for the light)

The heart of Cinque Terra literally at our doorstep!

A nicely renovated studio right at the start of two of Cinque Terra’s famous coastal walks, tucked off the main plaza and right about a superb Trattoria. The location and building ooze history and iconic architecture. Facilities were perfect for our four-day stay.

The only thing we missed was a small two-seater sofa.

Convenient for Vernazza but not quiet enough for us.

The location was convenient for Vernazza, the welcome from the host was good.

A lot of steep steps to access the property with no assistance with luggage, a window shutter was missing resulting in a lot of night lights shining in, it could be fairly noisy at times from people eating in the restaurant.

An overpriced and uncomfortable stay.

The location was amazing and the view was great.

Their was no air conditioning in this unit (the other two units do), and given that it’s on the top floor and exposed to the sun all day, it is unbearably hot with just a small fan. We visited in august and could barely sleep. Also the wifi doesn’t work at all in the room, and my partner needed to work and couldn’t connect to any calls. The room was also small and kitchen facilities in the general downstairs room. A pretty uncomfortable experience for how much the room cost.

In town, but quiet. Each floor has its own entrance, so we had plenty of privacy. Really appreciated washer and dryer!

Top floor does not have AC - as advertised, and not a deal breaker, but a bummer.

I used the washing machine once, which was nice, and the seaview and sound of the waves were the best features, and the office clientele were very nice.

Only 9 of the 39 photos shown for the ‘Double Room With Seaview’ correspond to this room, and there was no Wi-Fi in my room; I was told to go downstairs for internet service. It’s a very spartan room, only 10 m² and lacking all of the extras offered that were in the other two rooms, or in a separate kitchen area downstairs; a misleading presentation. Without AC, it was very hot, even with the fan.
