If you are looking for a place to stay in Vernazza - look no further. Save your time. Off the beaten path by 5 minutes which means quiet. Above the most amazing breakfast shop in town called Il Pirata. Clean, comfortable, quiet with everything you could actually require. Situated in the best town of the Cinque Terre and a 5 minute walk from the train station. Excellent.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and included extra personal touches that made you feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to the train station but a little out of the way from the really busy part of the Main Street. We would definitely stay here again! I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Cinque Terre. The location was at the top of the main street away from a lot of the day tourists and noise which made for a relaxing stay. There were morning food options next door with no lines allowing us to fuel up before getting on with our daily adventuresTiziano was a great host who met us upon arrival and provided a tour of the apartment and suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable.I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting and hope to return some day.

Property and owner were welcoming with plenty of space and updated very nicely. Easy to get there from the train station. The only steps were inside to get to the 3rd floor. Great location with breakfast and dinner options just below. There might no be a sea view but has a lovely view of the mountain, and the community.

The apartment was great for us . My husband and I hiked the 5 towns and my sister took the ferry to each town. The apartment was clean and was as listed and we had a great first visit to Cinque Terre. Tiziano was responsive to our need to use the lockbox so that we could access the apartment separately. we cooked in twice and the aartmyhas lovely pots and plates. We enjoyed our stay. Many thanks.

We loved this property! It was extremely clean, modern and in a great location. The property manager was very nice and very easy to communicate with during our stay. Location is also ideal. Its far enough away from the train station that you dont hear it, but close enough for getting in and out of Vernaza when you want. Also, its away from the craziness of Vernazza. The Pirate bar below is great as well. We would love to stay here again!

5 adults stayed 4 nights in this property in May 2025 as we explored all five towns of Cinque Terre. We were very pleased with the modern finishes used in the recent renovation of the apartment. The location was perfect since it was not on the beaten path of the daily tourist crush in Vernazza. The street in front has a neighborhood feel with a couple great restaurants for breakfast and lunch next door. Vernazza is very small and steep, so everything is in close walking, or step climbing, distance.

The home was fresh, clean and not far from the train station. Would definitely stay here again! Yes, there are stairs. (Every place we stayed this trip had stairs.)

This apartment is a gem. It is close to town but just outside so it’s quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was well appointed with everything you need for your stay. My wife especially liked the hair dryer. Lastly Tiziano is a great host.

We loved our stay in Vernazza at Tiziano’s place. From the moment we walked in we noticed how immaculately clean it was. We were given a warm welcome and were shown around the apartment. A short walk from the train made it an even more desirable accommodation. We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting on the little balcony having a glass wine at night. We highly recommend this apartment. Don’t forget to try the croissants at the Pirate Cafe 2 doors down. Hands down the best croissants we have ever had. Super friendly owner.

The host was wonderful about answering our questions and waiting for us to arrive when the train was running late. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, located on the quieter end of the road, but still a convenient walk to all of the attractions in Vernazza and the Train station

This apartment is newly renovated and has everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very clean and well cared for. It is in a perfect location, a short relatively easy walk from train station and only 5 minutes down the hill to the marina, main piazza with restaurants and shops. Delicious and friendly service at the Pirate restaurant just downstairs. The AC works well. Rent this place, you’ll be glad you did!

My family and enjoyed a really nice time in Vernazza. The property was clean and comfortably accommodated our family of six. Our host Tiziano was responsive and helpful, and he helped carry some of our luggage up the flights of stairs, which gave us some relief. The location of the unit was convenient, a 3-4 minute walk to the train station and 4-5 minute walk to town. The unit also offered super easy access to Il Pirata delle 5 Terre, where we really enjoyed breakfast both days of our stay.

This apartment was perfect four our family of four. We stayed two nights. Three separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms. We took the train from La Spezia and the station in Vernazza was only a five minute walk from the apartment. The host was great and easy to communicate with. Vernazza is a magical place and our stay at this apartment was a great home base. Only regret is that we didn't stay another night. Thank you!

Tiziano was a great host - he met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough orientation of the area, restaurant recommendations, etc. The locations is great - just outside of the hubbub of the main touristy area but a very easy walk to the waterfront, and very convenient to the train station. The apartment itself was nicely appointed and very comfortable for two couples. It was clean and attractive and we enjoyed sitting on the little balcony listening to the water of the stream across the street in the mornings and evenings. We also enjoyed multiple meals at the "Pirate" restaurant, which is right next door to the apartment.

Wife and I stayed at the apartment for 6 nights to explore Cinque Terre. It met all our expectations. Comfortable and convenient to the main street of Vernazza, but it also was in a quiet part of town. We certainly would recommend this place.

We loved this place! It was large, clean and updated. Plenty of room for 2 couples. It's up the road a bit which got us away from the crowds, but it is only a short walk to the heart of everything including the train station. Not a ton of stairs either, which is unusual in Vernazza. There is also a nice bakery right next door. Tiziano was a great host who was nearby if we needed anything, but it wasn't necessary, as the place was well stocked and nothing extra was needed. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

We picked the best place to stay! We visited all 5 villages and Vernassa was by far The Best! The apartment was great! Met all our needs. There was 4 of us, 2 couples and we had plenty of room. Everything we needed was a short walk away. Absolutely Loved our stay here!!
