The Cinque Terre Rivera staff at their Vernazza office were amazing. Both the ladies I met were very knowledgeable of the area and knew exactly where I could find a masseuse etc. In future, I would go back to them to arrange my entire holiday in Cinque Terre. If you haven't booked your tours and holiday, I would strongly recommend Cinque Terre Riviera, as they have the local knowledge.

The shower room is tiny so the shower curtain stuck to my back when I showered. And the small bathroom is quite hard to keep dry. But still functional and worked without breaking down. So still ok.

The kind of place that makes your stay memorable!

The views were amazing! Very romantic for a couple. Convenient location to the beach, restaurants, landmarks, ferry. We really enjoyed the beach for swimming and sunset watching. The place is well stocked with everything you might need and more. We did not cook because the kitchen was very small but still nice for preparing a coffee or tea. We appreciated the cleanliness of accommodation. Property managers were very helpful and friendly.

Shower is extremely small, you need to be creative. The sleeping situation was not ideal, the main room sofa bed mattress was of a good quality but not in one level which made it awkward to sleep on. The bedroom had only a twin bed and we use that room only for dressing.

Incredible stay in Vernazza

The view and the location of the accommodation was amazing! It's a great size for a couple and there were two beds if there were 3 of you. The staff showed us to the room and the check in was really smooth

Noisy, uncomfortable, overpriced.

Fantastic location as far as views go. Absolutely gorgeous.

Unfortunately, the view of this place just doesn’t make up for the lack of attention to detail and overall noise factor. We had no hot water until the last day of our stay, as well as no utensils in the kitchen and a broken coffee machine. The whole point of us renting an apartment was to wash clothes and cook some but there was no hot water and no dishes/silverware to be found (cups, yes). Worse, though, was the noise. Because this apartment is located near the main square of vernazza it is just too loud. We probably slept a total of 8 hours across our two days there. It was extremely hot and this place has no AC so we had to have the windows open which made it impossible to sleep when a Monday night wedding went on until 2am, complete with fireworks right outside the window. Truly the worst night of “sleep” I have ever had. This apartment is incredibly expensive for lacking basic listed amenities (the WiFi also didn’t work most of our stay) and the noise level. We love Vernazza and are very disappointed with this last stay.
