Roof top terrace was fabulous. Love the ice machine.

Rooftop umbrella ineffective if any wind at all. So we couldn’t use. Which meant sitting in full sun most of the day if using rooftop terrace. Too hot. Limited our use of this gorgeous area. Shame. Safe does not work however apartment felt secure for belongings. Stairs to apartment from train!

Enjoyed our stay, just felt that little effort was made on the part of our host to make it special.

The apartment is light, airy and modern, cleverly making the most of the space available. The roof terrace is lovely and spacious, with a good view.

The apartment is definitely a studio apartment - there is no separate bedroom as stated in the Booking.com description. For two people it is still spacious enough but would be cramped with extras. The kitchen is tiny, and not very well equipped. No bowls for nibbles, cooking utensils etc. And at the price point of this apartment , plastic crockery is disappointing. The safe does not work - this has been mentioned in other earlier reviews but has not been fixed. Our host, Michel provided a very effective video to enable us to find the apartment and responded promptly via Whatsapp but he didn't meet us at all during our 4 night stay. There is no compendium provided with instructions on how to use the appliances or restaurant recommendations etc.

Excellent location - close to everything but still quiet and away from the main tourist crowds. The whole place is great, and probably one of the most modern in all of Vernazza, but the roof terrace is the real gem! We loved spending as much time there as possible, including watching shooting stars on amazing, star sprinkled nights. The host, Michel, took very good care of us and even helped organise dinner at a restaurant that gave us the greatest evening. Thank you for making our stay in Vernazza such a positive and memorable experience! Oh and parking at Vernassoa was the smoothest thing with super friendly staff - highly recommended!

The place is quite small - at least for a family of four - but the roof terrace made up for it! It’s doable for a few nights, but probably more ideal size for a couple.

great location (2 min walk from village with some steps), very clean, good air con (a godsend given the heat), lovely rooftop terrace with great view over village (great early morning & evening), Manuel was friendly & great (greeted us and explained everything), parking is easy (& get shuttle service down to village that Manuel arranged)

Sofa bed (for our kids) wasn’t the most comfy, quite expensive for what you get (but we were staying peak time), it’s a “studio” (not an apartment)- the 2 beds (main bed & sofa bed) are side by side in 1 room

Looked exactly like the photos, very pretty, modern and comfortable with a gorgeous roof top terrace. Manuel was quick to respond and met us at the train station to take us to the apartment. Minutes from anything, the perfect place to stay! Well worth it
