This apartment is located with the absolute best view. We arrived on a Saturday and there was a party at the restaurant downstairs that played loud music until 1am. However, the other nights we were not bothered by street noise or the church bells at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, but with kids we would probably avoid Friday and Saturday. Everything was well stocked, (the kids adored the snacks provided!!) the host was very responsive, the apartment was clean and well finished, and the air conditioning worked great. The steps are quite steep (from the street, at the front door and to the Terrance), and the second bathroom is up a flight (terrace level). For our family it worked fine. I cannot stress enough how absolutely amazing the location and view were! Sitting on the terrace, sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening watching the harbor was one of my favorite things. Vernazza is such a lovely town and the hiking trail is literally outside the back entrance to the building. Don’t miss it! Hike early to beat the crowds and heat. For boat & Kayak tours I recommend Davide from Cinque Terre Adventure tours in Riomaggiore—they took great care of us!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, simply amazing location. Easy check in. Great communication with host. What else could you ask for?

What a special spot in Vernazza! Lovely view, comfortable accommodations, and easiest check-in/out. Marco was very communicative and left the kitchen stocked with breakfast food, fresh fruit and wine. Being right above the piazza, you do hear the crowd noise, but we wouldn’t have traded the location right down on the water. Also,you need to be comfortable with a pretty steep flight of stairs into the unit. But it was the perfect spot For our group! Grazie Mille, Marco!

The property was stocked better than any place I've ever stayed-snacks and wine were highly appreciated after a big day of travel. The location is spectacular. Rooftop view may be the prettiest I’ve ever seen. Great restaurants close by. Videos make it easy to find. Marco was so accommodating-even though I made an error in the reservation, he was gracious and forgiving. So much gratitude and lifelong memories made! Perfect really.

Would return and stay a week here. Easy to reach anywhere in the Cinque Terre and an apartment with unparalleled views from windows and rooftop balcony. We think Vernazza is the nicest town in which to stay, and this beautiful traditional apartment allows you to feel a part of the center of town and port/cove without always having to be in the sea of tourists (like us ) who visit the cities each day. Fantastic spot. Apartment had everything we needed. Note that anyone staying here needs to be able to handle steep stairs.

We absolutely loved our time in Vernazza. Marco was great with communication, and the home was so charming. The balcony is unbelievable! Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We would stay here again for sure.

This 3 bedroom 2 Bath apartment was perfect for our family of 5. I have stayed 2 other places in Cinque Terre and this is by far my favorite. It is roomy and spacious and conveniently located to everything in Vernazza and to the train station. Marco was super nice and left a number of things in the kitchen for us. Highly recommend!

Marco was a lifesaver! Because we had no phone access prior to our time in Vernazza and I had forgotten to coordinate a meeting point, I was worried about finding this apartment once we got off the train. But Marco was waiting for us at the train station AND helped us so much with out bags! This property is easy to reach from the train station. The apartment is exactly as described. Lots of goodies waiting for us in the kitchen too. Thank you Marco!

A lovely place in a great location with the added bonus of a rooftop deck and outdoor shower... It was close to everything in the port and had great views as well. Communication with Marco was fast and easy and his little treats for us on welcome were greatly appreciated Highly recommended!

Would not stay here again. We experienced a power outage for the area which compromised our stay. With no a/c the place was beyond tolerable. However the place was never in a comfortable zone before the power issue. The place should have been listed as a one bath for summer months since the upstairs was extremely hot and was unusable. The location walking distance to the train and in the town was nice and a great view from the deck Great star gazing

We enjoyed our stay. The train station was close, so easy to walk to the location. Marco sent us videos of how to find the location and get into the apartment, which were very helpful. Marco provided a bottle of Prosecco, some fresh fruit, and various breakfast items. The location was conveniently located near shops and a hiking trail. We would stay here again.

My family of four loved this apartment! It is located right on the harbor, and the views can't be beat. The rooftop deck is spectacular! Steps from the train station, shops and reataurants. It is quite noisy at night. There is a belltower right next door that chimes every 30 minutes, and sound really carries from the lively restaurants below. We used a white noise app on our phones, and were able to sleep peacefully.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Vernazza. We liked the closeness of the train station and the fact that we could see all of Cinque Terre’s five towns so easily.

One of the most amazing views we had out of all the places we stayed in Italy! Right above everything we could want, right in the heart of town. Marco was an amazing host and so courteous. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Truly amazing location with a balcony that has a view that will always be remembered. The house is full of very shallow, oddly shaped, very steep marble steps. This house is only safe for very fit and athletic people. 2 of our 6 people had pretty scary and painful falls that could have been terrible.

Our stay at the property exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful and had many beautiful views. It was easy to get to and close to many activities and restaurants. Marco out did himself with all the food and snacks he left us. Thank you for a memorable experience.

We were three women in our mid sixties staying in this beautiful place. Everything was comfortable and easy. The stairs are a real thing both to get to the property and in the property. So make sure you are very mobile. Marcos was responsive and easy to work with. I would love be to come back.

When I envisioned my first trip to Italy, this property fit everything I pictured and hoped for. I loved everything about it from the ease of checkin to the rooftop view. The sunsets were incredible. Marco is a wonderful host. He provided specific instructions for a stress free checkin and an impressive Italian breakfast spread. Everything was perfectly stocked and we wanted for nothing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect stay in Cinque Terre.

The pictures and description certainly don't lie. This is a pretty special place. Worked perfectly for three couples. The water, prosecco, and snacks that greeted us as welcome gifts were a nice touch. One note of caution - there's a long stretch of steps to navigate to get to the building and a short, very steep set into the apartment itself, so pack lightly.

Loved this perfect property overlooking the quaint harbor in heart of the picturesque village of Vernazza. Front door is right down from the train station…then straight up the ubiquitous steps of on the main Blue Trail though town. Nice bedrooms with most hospitable kitchen (welcoming snacks and provisions). Wonderful host and easiest check in / check out process. But the real story is the unsurpassed view. Picture windows overlook the bustling harbor square while the top floor terrace framed by the church campanile (evocative chiming bells) and verdant hillside offer an unforgettable view of the water and sky at sunset. We loved this place and will certainly stay here again.

Staying overnight is Vernazza is the way to go. It is busy with tourists during the day. But the peaceful mornings and evenings are perfect! Vernazza was our favorite of the cities, a little smaller, but plenty of shops and restaurants. So very pretty. The apartment does have the steps, but it was very clean and in great condition. Everything was great!

We had an unforgettable stay at Marco’s apartment in a beautiful Cinque Terra! Marco was very responsive in communications before our arrival so we did not have any issues finding his property and check in. Marco’s apartment felt very large for us and it could easily w two and possibly more families! The view from windows overlooking plaza is very picturesque and we never missed moments spending time on rooftop terraca which opens even more breathtaking views. Marco was a wonderful host - he stocked snacks and fruits for us, water and almond milk as well as coffee pods and even a bottle of great local white wine for us as a welcome gift! We had wonderful stay and I highly recommend this property and Marco - he truly made us feel like at home during our stay at Vernazza!
