We spent a lot of time up on the terrace as the view was fantastic, disappointed with the communication process with the

Location was great and fantastic view from top floor terrace.

Both showers leaked causing big puddles on the floor. Floors were filthy, if you walked barefoot your feet were black.

The view was amazing, the location was perfect and the bedrooms were nice!

There were lots of ants in the kitchen. Our biggest issue was the AC. We turned it on but it didn't work very well. My husband was miserable.

Marcello was so kind to meet us at the train station and was wonderful to work with coordinating our stay. The apartment was fantastic for our family of five. The view was marvelous and so peaceful. We will stay here again!

The location is perfect, in the heart of the village: a short walk to the train station, grocery stores and restaurants only steps away. With the orientation of the balcony to the sea and the high elevation of the apartment, one enjoys a quiet space away from the activity in the village. The interior of the apartment is well designed and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped.

The only negative about the apartment is the slope of the ceiling in the kitchen; it makes it necessary to duck down to fully access the kitchen space. There is no architectural fix for this in the existing structure that we could figure out and we believe the design of the space on the whole is excellent.

This was a nice splurge to enjoy the views and unwind in the evenings.

We loved the balcony view. The master bedroom is very spacious with room to hang clothes and spread out. The shower is smaller but was just fine! The ceiling in the kitchen is sloped and we all kept bumping our heads, I am the shortest at 5'8". If you are going to cook, be short. :) There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. The windows do a great job of keeping out street noise. Beds were good, (only 1 pillow per person fyi) There is a restaurant on the steps up to the flat with very friendly owners and waitstaff and very good food. We enjoyed popping down to the main street for take away pastries and sandwiches for breakfast. The town is lovely in the evening after the day crowd has left. The pizza at Ananasso Bar at the harbor was our favorite of all the places we tried in Italy and we purposely sought out the "best" in each city.

We were very busy and did not ask the hosts, but we wished we had an umbrella for the morning sun on the balcony. We would have sat outside but the sun was too strong. I also wished there were some throw blankets for the living room/balcony at night when it cooled down. The amazing balcony comes at a price of walking the stairs to it, but if you are staying in Cinque Terre you should expect it.

The Fivestay Casa was perfect. The host meet us at the train station and walked us to the apartment which was nice. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 4. The top floor view was amazing, we couldn't believe how beautiful the view was.

Great location and views, beware of stairs!

The views were stunning and the locations was perfect. It was remodeled and nicely kept up. The host was so nice and was quick and easy to communicate with. We visited all 5 towns in Cinque Terre and definitely feel we chose the best one. We loved the area.

It was at the top of 3 flights of stairs, and fairly steep stairs. I don't remember reading this as an alert, but I am glad we were all capable of handling the stairs, but hauling up our luggage was quite a feat. Thankfully we had our 21 year old son with us that could do it for us, or it would have been a problem. The third bedroom really isn't a bedroom, it is really small. The twin bed had no bedding or pillows on it, we had to scrounge them up. I am sure it was just a mistake by the housekeeper as everything else was in great shape for our stay.

Great location… Minutes from train. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The view from the private balcony are PERFECTION! The host was very responsive. Washing machine was helpful.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Vernazza with views of the sea

Great location in the centre of Vernazza with great views over the beach and coastline and lovely balcony . The communication and check in was very easy and the people at Fivestay Casa Gabriella were extremely helpful. Generous size bedrooms and nice bathrooms

Only a small thing but there were only two wine glasses and three tumbler glasses and no tea towels and a mediocre selection of saucepans. I hadn't appreciated that the ceiling in the kitchen was so low.

Fantastisk leilighet, nydelig terrasse!

Romslig leilighet, fantastisk terrasse, fine bad og gode senger. Mye trapper for å komme til leiligheten (som i hele Cinque Terre). 3 soverom - 2 med dobbeltsenger og én med enkeltseng. Svært god service og kommunikasjon med utleier. Vi vil gjerne tilbake!

Gulvene var ikke så rene - sand/støv gjorde at vi ikke ville gå barbeint inne.
