Located in the eastern part of the village, it offers an enviable location, breathtaking views, and a peaceful atmosphere – perfect for an unforgettable experience in the Cinque Terre.
Strategic Location The house is located at the beginning of the Blue Trail towards Corniglia, along the famous Sentiero Azzurro, making it the perfect choice for hiking enthusiasts. Just a few steps from Via Roma, Vernazza’s lively main street, you will have restaurants, shops, and cafés within easy reach while still enjoying the tranquility of the cliffs and the sea.
Breathtaking View The highlight is the private balcony overlooking the sea, furnished with a table and chairs – the ideal spot for breakfast with a view of the cliffs or a glass of wine at sunset, accompanied by the sound of the waves. Each morning, you’ll wake up to a unique panorama of the Ligurian coast.
Comfortable and Well-Appointed Interiors Two spacious double bedrooms (both with air conditioning, available since March 2025, and ceiling fans) and a single bedroom with a wall fan ensure comfort in every season. A hallway decorated with works by a local artist adds character and personality to the home, while stone walls and carefully selected furnishings create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen, equipped with air conditioning and overlooking a sea-view balcony, is fitted with all essential appliances and a washing machine – perfect for preparing meals and enjoying convivial moments in total relaxation.
Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning (from March 2025) Air conditioning will be available in the two double bedrooms and in the kitchen, ensuring coolness even in the summer months. Free Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected and share your best moments.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed upon prior agreement and with an extra fee. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas, not climb on beds or sofas, and respect the peace of other guests.
