It was a very nice experience to stay in, the apartment was beautiful, incredibly central (2 minutes to the main square & beach), Franco was very nice and helpful (he came to meet us at the station and left some snacks, breakfast, and drinks for us), and Vernazza as a whole is gorgeous. Located on a gorgeous quieter side street with windows looking down onto the street.
It was a bit small for the price but I do think that is because of the sheer demand for places to stay in Vernazza/Cinque Terra. No AC but honestly we didn't notice because there are two VERY powerful fans.

Da Franco met us at the station and helped us with our luggage. The location was exceptional. Very close to the picturesque harbour, in the middle of the town. It was very authentic and a charming neighbourhood. Da Franco was very helpful, gave great recommendations for restaurants.
