Cozy place but impossible to sleep
As central as you can get, overlooking the main street. Comfortable bed and a nice little kitchen. You have what you need for a short stay.
AC machine didn't work properly, though there was a fan available. It was VERY loud. Not just the uncaring party people passing by every now and then, but every morning was filled with intense noises of glass bins being emptied, the trash car driving around, streets being cleaned and whatever else you can imagine that made sleeping impossible. I'm glad we only had two days, we were so tired afterwards that another night with this would be a challenge.

Good appartement and location, but would never come back (2 hours of sleep because of the noise)
New appartement with a little kitchen and bathroom. It’s clean
We stayed for 2 nights and barely slept …there is so much noise and the windows are not effective at all. The noise goes until 1.30 am and star again around 5 (except for the trains that are passing by all night and feel like they’re inside the room). We live inside paris so very much used to the noise at night
