It was ok but better customer service would have made it better.

The location was great.

The electricity went out when you used the hairdryer and the staff was of no help. The hot water would run out quickly, and the stairs to get up to the place were steep and many.

ΠΟΤΕ ΣΕ ΑΥΤΟ ΤΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ.

Μην πάτε ποτέ. Δεν μας παραδοσαν ποτέ τα κλειδιά γιατι τα χάσανε. Μας δώσανε ένα άλλο κατάλυμα σε πολύ χειρότερη θέση. Το δεκτηκαμε αναγκάστικα καθώς δεν είχαμε δυνατότητα να βρούμε άλλο. Τα υπνοδωμάτια (2) έβλεπαν σε τοίχους ενώ αυτό που είχαμε κάνει κράτηση σε θάλασσα και την κεντρική πλατεία. Η booking μας έκανε τελικά έκπτωση 25,00. Μας χαλάσανε 100% τη διαμονή. Η ιδιοκτήτρια εκβιαστής . Μας χρέωσε 130,00 για ένα δωματιο που δεν μείναμε.

The great location and view made up for some of the shortcomings.

Fantastic view from the window. Easy to get to from the train station. Located right near the beach.

Air conditioning would help during summer months. Because the window had to be open, it was noisy outside quite late into the night. Difficult staircase to climb for older and disabled people.

La posizione bellissima

Disinteresse per l’appartamento. Non era pulito bene. Ci avevano lasciato il sapone del bagno vuoto: sia il dispensar del bagnoschiuma che quello del sapone per le mani erano vuoti e sporchi all’esterno. Non c’è aria condizionata e d’estate lo rende invivibile, la notte ci sarà stato 40gradi nella casa e non abbiamo dormito, anche se eravamo a finestre aperte.

Mon avis : Pokój z łazienką skromnie wyposażony i czysty oraz wspaniały widok z okna na mały port i na La Piazza Guglielmo Marconi, który stanowi serce wioski Vernazza, z wieloma restauracjami, które proponują włoskie specjalności. Do snu kołysze dźwięk fal uderzających delikatnie o brzeg. Spędziłyśmy tylko 1 noc i było miło. Avis mon amie Miwa : Le port est juste devant la fenêtre, et il y a plusieurs restaurants en face où l'on peut déguster une cuisine locale. Bien que ce soit un lieu touristique, je n'ai entendu personne faire de bruit jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. De plus, les fenêtres semblent insonorisées, donc je ne pense pas que le bruit perturbera votre sommeil. Ce fut un séjour très satisfaisant.

Le manque d'information quant à son emplacement rien d'un hôtel c'est juste une entrée d'immeuble il faut le savoir c'est après avoir monté à l'étage que l'on aperçoit Candidina 2. 2 tasses 2 petites cuillers sans café ni thé ni jus de fruit pas de tables ni chaises pas de couteaux pas de café ni thé. Quant au ménage très douteux...

Clean apartment in good location but with unfortunately poor service

Clean apartment on the Vernazza square

Check-in was handled exceptionally poorly. No information messages in the days leading up to the visit. The listed address takes you to the incorrect location on the other side of the village. Calls to the owner were not picked up. Messages to the owner were not responded to. Was a bad start to the visit and sub-par as compared to other Accomodation in the area.

The location was absolutely amazing overlooking the main square and picture perfect. I would have no problem recommending this room. It was good value for money and very clean.

Great view, bad communication

This is an amazing location! You are literally right there in the heart of Vernazza. The room is small but big enough for a couple and has a private bathroom as well. The view is absolutely stunning.

The communication with the host is very bad. We needed help in-between and also asked where to leave our luggage after check-out to stay a bit in Vernazza. The answer came 48h later after we already left the town which is very inconvenient. All this happened during the week where you expect an answer at least within the next few hours.

Very hot, No air-conditioning, No curtains or window coverage, we had to open window entirely to survive, but due to center it was very loud. No personnel available to help. We could not leave luggage.

Overall - recommend staying here! Magical location.

Absolutely beautiful location! Right in the centre of Vernazza. Views are awesome!!! The room is a standard size, comfortable enough for two people. Bed was good - no issues. The room includes a mini fridge, kettle and cups which were helpful. Bathroom is small which is pretty standard for Italy wasn’t an issue for us. We slept with the windows open (due to heat etc) so the light comes in the morning but with an eye mask no issues!

There is no aircon only a fan so it can be very hot - you can keep the windows open but be mindful of mosquitos. As others have said, the bar below is loud however we only had an issue one night when people were outside until 2-3am. The tile floors were quite dirty. For us this wasn’t an issue but I could imagine for others it could be - the stairs to the apartment are STEEP, short but very steep. Additionally, the shower is over a bath which is quite high so if you’re unsteady on your feet etc. be careful! It would’ve been nice to have a little more “storage” in the form of hooks or draws etc. The draws/chest/bedside table are taken up with linen and cleaning products - the furniture was lovely but the space could be used more efficiently (this is not a big deal just an observation)! Similarly it would’ve been lovely to have some chairs (possibly folding for space purpose) to sit at the window and admire the view.

Great location with beautiful views, though you have to poke out your head out of the window to enjoy the full water view. Easy to get to the accommodation from the station and only smalll number of stairs at the final stage of getting into the building and the apartment.

Nice room with great views of the marina and town centre

Very nice location, overlooking the marina with swimming spot right outside as well as bars and restaurants. Despite the central location it was not too loud at night with the windows shut. Appreciated the fan very much! Self check-in worked out well.

There was a kettle provided but the only plug it fit in was the one for the fridge which we didn't want to unplug, maybe a Multi-Port would be a good idea. Wouldn't say it is an apartment as it is only a bedroom with a bathroom but we didn't expect or need anything different so it was no problem! Very nice overall

Close to beach and restaurants and away from daily bussle. It is noisy at night with the people still eating , etc. at the restaurants, BUT so tired from hiking and swimming that it did not take the sleep away. We slept with the shutters open, fresh sea breeze and sound of the waves lulled us to sleep. BUT... Just know before, that to get to the apartment you need to climb some stairs (steep). About two flights from the ground level. Our bags were big and heavy, but that was our problem.
