Location. Good communication with the owner!

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of the central square and a couple of minutes from the train station!!!

The jacuzzi right next to the bed is somewhat useless. Could replace it with a couch for better use.

Amazing location - Highly recommend if traveling to Vernazza and want to experience its beauty.

The location is iconic. So nice to walk out the door into the bustling square of Vernazza. The apartment was well appointed and clean and secure.

Can’t think of anything major, maybe shampoo and conditioner provided would add a nice touch. Even though we didn’t meet the host, when we had an issue with the door code (we read it wrongly) she was at the ready to respond to our issue.

Excellent location

The property is very well placed with great views in easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

The apartment is located at the base of the cobbled street, therefore it is quite challenging with suitcases. There are also a lot of stairs to reach the apartment again this too can be challenging. Ideal for short term travelers with a small carry on suitcase, not ideal for those traveling with a lot of luggage. The property itself was excellent. I would say it would have been easier if the host had welcomed the guest at the train station as the directions could have been a little clearer and I also saw many other hosts meeting guests at the station.

Don't let anyone tell you one day in Vernazza is enough!

This apartment was perfect. Just a short, easy walk from the train station. It was so lovely to have a window overlooking the harbour and piazza, with insulated windows so it was never noisy or intrusive. The large bed was super comfortable and everything was clean, great condition and convenient, including the well-stocked kitchenette with a fridge just big enough to store some Prosecco and cheese from the nearby Coop supermarket ;) I especially enjoyed the deep soaker bath. While it's a compact little studio apartment, it never felt cramped--the open plan made it feel quite spacious, and the bathroom is really big by most Italian standards! The best gelato is out the front door and about 50 metres to your left! Sitting on the rocks around the harbour at sunset was a wonderful experience, as was enjoying a spritz in the piazza by the lovely chiesa. The bells of the chiesa are an enchanting wake up call in the morning. I couldn't recommend this sweet little apartment any more highly and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in Vernazza, which I found to be the prettiest and sweetest of the 5T.

Charming Italian apartment in centre of Vernazza Village

This apartment had a lot of Italian charm. Communication with the host was clear and helpful. The location was great!

You do need to walk up one flight of stairs to access the apartment, which was difficult with our large luggage. Keep this in mind. Also, you cannot drive into the village so we had to park our vehicle out of town, catch a small shuttle van, and then walk with our luggage approx. 600 metres. Other than those two things, it was a very nice stay.

Great location, very elegant room, had everything we needed for a couple of days. Very responsive staff through text messaging.

Ended up paying twice for the tourist tax. Once as the staff advised on-line and then again as we were held up for money on the hiking trail. Area gets busy when cruise ships arrive in La Spezia and on the weekends.

So beautiful but SO LOUD

This apartment is impeccably finished and large and comfortable. BUT the close and convenient location is a catch 22 because it is THE LOUDEST place I’ve ever stayed. Not only the people outside the front and bathroom windows, but the slamming of the front door and the upstairs apartment - all I can say is THANK GOODNESS FOR EAR PLUGS.

So loud. And the front door code did not work upon arrival so we were locked out and had to turn on our international service to get in touch with the owner to get a new code.

Exceptional

The location of this property is a very quick walk from the Vernazza train station, easily accessible and manageable even with heavier luggage. The view looks down into the square with the sea as a backdrop. It’s perfect. I also loved the light chatter from below restaurants - gives you a real Italian feel. The room itself is very modern: decor, entry/locks and bath/shower. Wifi worked exceptionally well - I worked remotely out of this location and had zero reception issues - lots of zoom/Skype and downloading of files.

I loved everything, I would recommend this place to all family/friends.
