الموقع جميل وقريب من جميع الخدمات، ويوجد سوبرماركت مقابل الشقة مباشرة، كما أن توفر المواقف المجانية كان ميزة ممتازة. الشقة تحتوي على تكييف، وصاحب السكن متعاون جداً ويرد بسرعة على جميع الاستفسارات عبر المحادثة
المبنى قديم نسبياً، والشقة تقع في الدور الرابع ولا يوجد مصعد، مما قد يكون متعباً عند حمل الحقائب، كما أن السعر كان مرتفعاً بعض الشيء.

Fijne bedden en voldoende ruimte voor gezin van 4. Alles aanwezig in keuken en badkamer.
Vierde verdieping zonder lift. Weinig sfeervol aangekleed, ook wat verlichting betreft. Locatie: zit tussen centrum como en cernobbio in, dus even lopen (of Ferry) om ergens te komen.

Lage für die Durchreise ideal, schnell zur Autobahn. Man hat eine Pizzaria und Bar vor der Tür, sowie ein Supermarkt mit Kaffeebar. Größe der Wohnung ist gut. Bad ist neu. Frische Handtücher. Wasser im Kühlschrank. Blick zum See.
Schlüsselübergabe unnötig kompliziert und anders als über Mail kommuniziert. Das Gebäude ist nicht ansprechend. Bettwäsche sehr ungewöhnlich, ohne Laken zum zudecken nur die Überdecken. Beleuchtung am Bett fehlt. Sehr kahl im Wohnbereich. Die einzelnen Betten sind sehr wackelig und haben dünne Matratzen. Türgriffe wackelig und Türen schließen nicht. Preis - Leistung nicht gegeben.
