We had a fantastic stay and found the apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Villa Parravicini Revel, right next to the Hilton, and around 10-15 minutes on foot from Como's town centre. It was incredibly convenient for both the wedding we were attending and exploring the area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The bedrooms were particularly large, which made it easy to unpack and settle in comfortably. Having two bathrooms was a huge advantage for our group of three, and the beds were comfortable throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how well stocked the apartment was. There were coffee pods, basic cooking essentials, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, and a drying rack, all of which made the stay feel effortless. The dedicated parking space was another major benefit and made travelling by car very easy. Check-in was straightforward thanks to the lockbox system and clear instructions. We personally appreciated being able to arrive independently without coordinating a specific meeting time. Overall, everything felt seamless, comfortable, and thoughtfully organised.

There was very little to dislike, but future guests should be aware that the property requires passport details for all guests before arrival and that the exact address and access information are only provided once this process is completed. We were contacted the day before arrival to provide these details, which fortunately wasn't an issue for us, but it may be helpful for travellers to have everyone's passport information readily available in advance. We were also asked to complete a brief video call for identity verification, which was something we hadn't encountered before. It was straightforward enough, but worth knowing about ahead of time. There is also one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. The lift itself is quite small, although we were grateful to have it for our luggage rather than carrying everything up multiple flights of stairs.

Czystość i przyjemny zapach, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

Polecamy to miejsce, świetnie wyposażone, czyste, niczego tam nie brakuje, dodatkowo w dobrej lokalizacji, kilka kroków do przystanku, kawałek do metra.

Casa omlo was echt een mooi appartement op een top locatie vlakbij het comomeer.

Ik las pas de reviews over de onderbuurvrouw toen we al hadden geboekt, ik dacht dat het wel mee zou vallen maar helaas. Er werd savonds en sochtends aangebeld zonder wat te zeggen. Op de laatste dag kwam de onderbuurvrouw schreeuwend in het italiaans aan de deur, bleef aanbellen en begon tegen de deur aan te schoppen. Kinderen bang, een heel onveilig gevoel hadden wij en zijn daarom ook gelijk vertrokken. Op de parkeerplaats bij het complex voelde het ook niet heel prettig om je auto te laten staan, je werd constant in de gaten gehouden, in de ochtend stonden de ruitenwissers omhoog. Alsof ze ons iets duidelijk wilden maken?

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do deptaka nad jeziorem. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo dobre (garnki, talerze, sztućce). Dużym minusem jest brak zmywarki. Przestronne wnętrza, dużo miejsca do przechowywania, dostępne wszystkie sprzęty typu odkurzacz, suszarka, deska do prasowania…

Poziom czystości na prawdę średni, przy rozkładaniu kanapy w salonie okazało się, że pod spodem jest sporo kurzu i śmieci. Brak mydła w płynie w łazience, brak gąbki do naczyń, resztka płynu do naczyń w pojemniku w kuchni. Wszystko to trzeba kupić samemu. Pościel dla osób śpiących na kanapie nie przebrana - znajdowała się w worku pod kanapą, natomiast poduszki w szafie w sypialni- apartament jakby nie przygotowany na naszą rezerwację - 4 osoby. Przebrane tylko łóżko w sypialni. Jednego dnia wychodząc z bloku zaczepiła nas jakaś pani, która krzyczała coś o „carabinieri”, ciężko się zorientować o co chodziło? Wcześniej ktoś wydzwaniał domofonem i nic się nie odzywał. Na parkingu pod blokiem ciężko znaleźć miejsce. Czuliśmy się tam niemile widziani, ktoś postawił nam wycieraczki w samochodzie.
