Lovely Apartment - Highly recommend

Lovely new spacious apartment. Very clean. Nice touch of coffee pods, tea, jam, toast and toiletries provided. Perfect for a family of 4. Great bonus it has designated parking. 5 min walk to a good sized supermarket and 20min walk to Como. Very accommodating thank you.

Classy Apartment. Great Value.

Classy apartment to match the upscale feels of Como all in all. Very enjoyable stay. Free designated parking lot is a big plus.

Some one parked at the designated lot and need to scramble a little on day one. The owner moved after we left a note. Nice afterall

Worst ever,very bad service and no client support

Nothing ,worst ever

Bedsheets were dirty,no heating and very bad condition.They sent next day someone to check and figured out the heating was broken and said to return the mk.After they complained why we didn’t call at the Switzerland number because nobody was answering at the number i made the reservation which was italian number .We arrived at 23 and nobody was answering to our calls,in the morning they told us we should have called and they didnt see anything so they don’t believe the bedsheets were dirty even though i attached them the photos i made after arrival.I don’t recommend anybody to be in our situation and have to sleep with clothes on because it was January.

Good location and comfortable accommodation in a nice area away from the tourist madness.

A clean and well-equipped apartment in a local community away from the very touristy area of Como. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment block which takes you down to the main town and there is a supermarket 4 minutes walk away. Our balcony was small and only got the sun for an hour in the morning but it was quiet for sleeping as we were at the rear of the property.

It was coolish when we arrived ( they had bad flooding in Como 2 days before our holiday) and we didn’t find duvets for the beds ( in the tv cupboard, weirdly) until the next morning. It took a few WhatsApp messages to the help centre but we were given a plug-in fan heater to help with the temperature. (Be aware that Italian law only allows central heating to be switched on in mid-October in communal boiler accommodation - bring a sweater and house slippers) We were left 2 dishwasher tablets to last a week so bring some of those with you ( also laundry pods if you intend to wash clothes). On the whole though it’s a great place to stay.

Modern, spacious and close to local bus link. Access to property was easy if you follow the simple instructions provided in advance by the owners. Parking was behind the property and easy to access and free. Supermarket up the road and kitchen facilities at the apartment were good. The balcony was nice for relaxing

Great stay. Minor issues. We'll worth the money.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, includinga wash/drier machine. Covered garage for the car. Great location. Not far from the Swiss border and near Iperal Supermarket.

Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 1 week. No detergent for the washing machine. No supply of waste baskets.

Das Apartment ist perfekt und wie in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung angegeben! Wir haben ganz spontan diese Ferienwohnung gebucht, da wir mit der ursprünglichen Unterkunft in Morbio Inferiore Magnificent SUNSTONE HOUSE Probleme hatten! Nach unseren letzten Aufenthalt wissen wir das sehr zu schätzen was Sauberkeit und Ehrlichkeit bedeutet!

اقامة جدة جميلة وممتعة وكل شي كان مرتب ونظيف وجلسة الشرفة الصباح ونهاية العصر ممتعه. فيه غسالة ملابس وغسالة مواعين وكامل اغراض الطبخ. وتحت المكان فيه محل بيتزا 🍕 انصحكم بالمرغريتا.

Der Aufenthalt war ok aber das Apartment (TREMEZZO) ist ausbaufähig

Wir hatten das Apartment TREMEZZO. Ein ganz großes plus war die einzelne Garage, sofern das eigene Auto laut den Maßen rein passt. Der Self check in hat auch mühelos funktioniert. Das Apartment wirkte auf den ersten Blick hell, modern und aufgeräumt. Die Fenster isolierten sehr gut! Was bei der direkt anliegenden Straße absolut notwendig ist.

Für uns ein ganz großer Minuspunkt war, dass es keine Ausstattung gab das Apartment sauber zu halten. Durch den hellen Moden hat man alle dunklen Haare und Staub gesehen. Das einzige was es gab war ein abgenutzter Besen der den ganzen Schmutz eig nur von a nach b gefegt hat. Auf Anfrage wurde uns immerhin ein Wischmopp gebracht. Es gab lediglich 2 Spülmaschinen Tabs und Spülmittel. Das Bett war für mein Empfinden viel zu hart aber das mag jeder anders. Das Sofa war auch sehr unbequem. Es gab keinen Ganzkörper Spiegel und abgesehen von einer kleinen Kleiderstange und kleinen Ikea Schubladen, gab es keine Möglichkeit seine Klamotten einzuräumen.

Idéalement placé à quelques minutes du centre-ville. Appartement spacieux et propre, grande terrasse. Arrêt de bus juste en face de l'entrée de l'appartement. Garage privé. Je recommande fortement.

Magnifique magique

Le logement était parfait ! De l’équipement à la propreté vraiment tout y était ! Nous avons adoré ce logement et nous le recommanderons ! Bravo ! Le parking était juste super, un garage couvert, que demander de plus ? Merci en tout cas !

Leuke uitvalbasis om Como te ontdekken!

Hele nette accommodatie, voorzien van alle gemakken. Pluspunt is de parking aan het appartement. Fijne en rustige locatie, klein stukje van het centrum van Como. Je bent er wel zo met een bus die om de hoek stopt. In de straat ligt een grote winkel om boodschappen te doen. We zouden hier zeker opnieuw boeken.

L'appartement est très moderne et bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire est présent, lit confortable, cuisine équipée une terrasse et un garage (un vrai plus !) Arrivé autonome très bien indiqué avec photo et vidéo. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème durant notre séjour. Nous recommandons !

Très belle prestation pour un prix raisonnable.

Appartement vaste et lumineux, très moderne, parfait pour 4 personnes. Garage couvert très utile. Le système permettant l'ouverture de l'apppartement est très pratique. Idéalement placé pour visiter Côme et ses environs.

La vaisselle et les couverts sont un peu juste en quantité.

عقد متكامل فيه شروط كثيرة لضمان الاحقية للطرفين لكن من ضمن الشروط في تسليم الشقة تنظيف الصحون واعادتها اماكنها و اخراج القمامة - يفضل لو يكون فيه خدمة تنظيف عدم المرونة في الدخول و الخروج الا بمبلغ

La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas, et ce malgré l intervention du technicien. Le bruit infernal de la route., donc pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte étant donné qu il n y avait pas de climatisation. De ce fait nous avons écourté notre séjour
