The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. Perfect for a family with little children. The host was great he was very accommodating and friendly and very prompt with his responses. He made the check in process very smooth. One of the best hosts I have encountered. The location is great as well 12 minute walk to como pier, 10 minute walk to Como Burgho train station and a 12 minute walk to the bus station. The apartment was equipped with all necessary amenities.
For a larger family would be nice to have a bathroom door and lock, not a requirement for us now. But the bathroom area is nicely of cordoned off.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Host hat sehr gut via WhatsApp funktioniert und die Lage der Wohnung war einfach top. Alles wichtige war in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir können uns nicht beschweren.

Le confort, les équipements et le mobilier neufs et de tes bonne qualité. L’appartement est refait à neuf et avec beaucoup de goût. Rien nefs manque , il y a même la climatisation. Le centre de Côme est à 10 minutes à pieds.
Rien, tout est parfait. Ah si , petit détail, il manque un grille pain :-o
