В квартире стоят вентиляторы, они не спасают от жары. Очень грязно, полы не вымыты, скатерть с пятнами, посуда с отставками еды. Квартира находится на горе, с маленькими детьми не комфортно подниматься и спускаться.

Niewystarczająca wydajność podgrzewania ciepłej wody użytkowej. Problem pojawiał się z chwilą, gdy jednocześnie była potrzeba korzystania z wody w łazience i w kuchni.
