The location of the property was great even though there were steps and quiet a steep walk home from the centre. However, we were aware of this when we booked so this wasn't an issue at all. The beds in the two bigger bedrooms were very comfortable. The apartment was very spacious. The agent/owner exceptionally agreed to allow us leave our baggage on our day of departure until 13.30 which was very much appreciated as our taxi pick up was at 14.00 hrs. We didn't cook at the property so cant comment on kitchen really but it did appear to be well stocked with kitchen equipment. For future guests who might like to get their hair done while on holiday there is a lovely new hair salon near the church after you go down the steps. Its a new business and the owner (a sicilian guy) is lovely and friendly and did a lovely blow dry for one of my sisters - Cavei Hair Studio, Via Maurizio Monti, 50 Como.

The beds in the third bedroom (Twin Room) were not ideal. One was a single bed which was ok to sleep in but located in an alcove under a shelf. However, the second bed in the twin room was a camp bed which would really only be suitable for a child. We had an issue with the hot water in the showers going hot and cold. After messaging the agent/owner she suggested not using both showers at the same time which we tried but it really made no difference. It wasn't a big issue for us but I feel it should be looked at and resolved for future guests. On the last day after we had left we were reminded about the tourist tax which is supposed to be collected locally by the agent/owner. We had completely forgotten it and would have appreciated a reminder before we left the property. In this instance we paid by revolut.

В квартире стоят вентиляторы, они не спасают от жары. Очень грязно, полы не вымыты, скатерть с пятнами, посуда с отставками еды. Квартира находится на горе, с маленькими детьми не комфортно подниматься и спускаться.

Taras z widokiem na jezioro, lokalizacja. Przestronność apartamentu.

Niewystarczająca wydajność podgrzewania ciepłej wody użytkowej. Problem pojawiał się z chwilą, gdy jednocześnie była potrzeba korzystania z wody w łazience i w kuchni.

Great views from the balcony. Close to the centre of town.

No air conditioning. Although fans were provided, these were insufficient to cool the rooms. Also the water temperature of the shower fluctuated between hot and cold.
