Lovely apartment good location.

We liked the authentic traditional feel. View from the large balcony seating six. Well equipped. Clean. Met by the friendly host who showed us around. Large fans provided in each room.

Need to be fit or prepared to taxi as apartment is up a hill and lots of steps. In the apartment nine flights of stairs or a very small lift. Building work at side and back of building so noisy in the morning. No smoke alarms on any floor that I could see.

Nice stay with a beautiful view to the lake

It's a good apartment for a family with 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony is nice and the view from the balcony is really fantastic. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, beds are comfortable and the bed linen is nice. Silvia is also a nice host and very helpful.

I couldn't find any hair dryer in the apartment but I don't even remember if there should have been one there or not. A small thing to improve. For those who have difficulties with warmth it's good to know that there is no air conditioning in the apartment. Since we stayed there during spring it was not a problem for us but we noticed already that it got pretty warm in the apartment during the warmer days. The best supermarket is pretty far away but if you take a taxi back home it works fine.

The location was exceptionally beautiful, the apt was huge, and the view was outstanding.

Very kind and helpful owner. Rooms are very spacious and super clean. The view from the balcony is superb. Property is situated at walking distance from the historical center.

If you prefer huge apartment in quiet area with a nice view - do not miss it.

Reception and co-operation was excellent. Apartment is quite huge and clean. It has a nice view on Como lake. 5 person can accommodate very easy. Area is also very quiet. Parking place is big enough.

Keep in mind that Como is full of hills and be prepared to walk a lot up down and position of the apartment is slightly high. So, for older people it can be an issue. Supermarkets are not so close so arrange to buy a lot of food to avoid a lot of walk. Internet speed could be better.

Great location

Für uns, die absolut perfekte Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne jederzeit wieder. For us, it was the perfect location and only few minutes walk from the old town. We received a very warm welcome by the host with lots of additional information about Como. We will come again.
