Decent accommodation for a short visit

Excellent location, close to the waterfront, restaurants and bus stop. Easy to check in via a lock box. Aircon was great. If you’re driving, worth being aware that public parking is around €18 a day. The parking was full on the parallel street, we had to park around a 5 min walk away.

Curtains were translucent, so nothing to keep the light out (although windows are tall and narrow rather than full size which helped). We had to restart the boiler ourselves for it to work. Worth being aware that late check-out will never be available on request as the company has many properties to clean each day and can’t accommodate scheduling. No full length cupboard to hang clothes, just half length.

Amazing place in Cernobbio

the location was excellent (2 min walk from the bus stop, 4 min walk to the ferry terminal to Como). The apartment was spacious, clean, and with up-to-date facilities. Also had a small terrace! The view from the window had a lot of trees, so very peaceful.

The fee for my dog was 50 euros so a little expensive, but since it's a fee for the entire stay, I guess it'd been better if I'd stayed longer.

Great location but average apartment

The location was superb! Close to the lake and nearby restaurants and cafes were brilliant

Furnishings were basic with minimal (poor standard) of cooking utensils. We didn’t have a kettle!

beware of staircase. had to boil water to shower with. black mold in bathroom. good location & team.

The size of the room was good and very spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked and the hosts were kind enough to provide a bag of supplies like dish sponge etc.

the bathroom water heater was faulty and we had to boil water to shower with (water was ice cold). They fixed it the next day which was great but I had to stay behind the whole afternoon for it so we kinda wasted a day. The bathroom had a HUGE patch of black mold all over the shower wall. I told them about it but they didnt do anything. The stairs leading up was extremely narrow and old, and they had no lift (an issue if you have heavy luggage). The key they provided was missing the front gate key but that was solved relatively quickly.

Fantastic property for a couple

The property was clean and easy to settle in. Fantastic shower, comfortable bed. It was excellent for what we needed. Perfect location. We came over for a long weekend to celebrate a friend’s wedding. We were under strict instruction from the bride to stay within walking distance of the dock and this just couldn’t be more perfect. Literally 1 minute walk! Quiet enough to get a restful sleep too. Communication was absolutely top notch as well. So helpful and quick to respond.

Hard to say, as we really did love this stay, but if I must be picky I will say there needs to be a better mirror. There is one in the bathroom but lighting isn’t that great, and there’s a mirror inside the wardrobe door but you can’t open the door fully so it’s not really usable. As I say, that is me being begs fussy… and purely because we had to dress up for the wedding. Otherwise wouldn’t be an issue

Charming apartment in an excellent location

It was clean and everything worked. The location was very close to the dock and everything was within walking distance. Except IL Gato Nero restaurant which was a €30 ride up the hill and €20 back down. You can walk to Villa D Este and have fabulous cocktails and snacks at Canova bar. Cernobbio is a beautiful town!

Walking distance to enjoy everything in Cernobbio

Location is perfect and centrally located for a visit in Cernobbio in Lake Como.

So hard to find parking and had to park very far away. Also, there was no electrical outlet near the dining table so had to move the dining table close to the kitchen counter to be able to plug my laptop and iPhone.

Great location and a very nice apartment

Location was very central close to the lake. Apartment was a good size and very clean. The online guest book covered alot of questions and gave information / recommendations on restaurants & what to do. Any questions we had they were very responsive by whatsapp message which was so helpful

Just to note that it's onstreet paid parking but there is free parking available about 10 minutes walk away which was perfect

Superb

Perfectly situated for a nearby wedding, and a short walk to the ferry terminal with direct link to Como + other towns around the lake. Last minute addition of a friend was solved by the hosts making up the sofa bed at no additional cost.

REALLY GREAT. WE WOULD RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

WEL EQUIPPED PROPERTY IN THE HEART OF TOWN. WASHING MACHINE HAD A PROBLEM BUT I AM SURE IT HAS BEEN FIXED. WE FOUND IT VERY COMFORTABLE AND A GREAT, FUN SPOT TO STAY WHILE WORKING IN COMO. IF YOU NEED PARKING CLOSE-BY, THAT COULD BE A PROBLEM. BUT WE WERE HAPPY TO PARK A SHORT WALK AWAY AND GET FREE PARKING!

The location is good, directly near the boat station and the city center.

1- NO Parking facilities for long period (for 1 or 2 days). 2-The Gas-Heating did NOT work (we used only the air conditioning system : the heat is dry and it does NOT heat correctly). 3- In general, it is NO so comfortable as it should be for the paid price.

Das Appartement liegt im Zentrum. Der See ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zahlreich vorhanden und gut zu erreichen.

Das Appartment war leider nicht sehr sauber. Das Geschirrr zum Teil schmutzig. Keine Geschirrhandtücher vorhanden. Auch zu wenig Küchenutensilien. Keine Müslischüsseln, kein Schneebesen, kein Kochlöffel, nicht ausreichend Spülmittel.
