It was very close to Lake and Ferry Station. It was spacious enough for two. It was clean and conveniently next to a great coffee house and a few good restaurants (but you have to make reservations). It had washing machine and drying rack, fridge and dishes.
It did require knowledge of how to reset facility and as long as you know how you will be fine. The landlord was gracious and did show this to us in advance thank goodness. We only needed to reset once.

Host was there when we arrived to greet us with smile, keys, and basic info about the area. Bed was very comfortable with great linens. Breakfast at a local cafe was included and wonderful (although suggest going at 9am after the morning work rush hour clears out.) Lovely location just two minutes walk from water and ferry station in a tranquil area of Cernobbio, which just an easy 10 minute bus ride from Como.
Only negative issue was the wifi did not work at all during our stay. Host noted our experience and mentioned it would be fixed for future guests.
